At first I really enjoyed getting my nails done from E nails . It seemed like a nice locally owned business with knowledgeable owner that takes pride in the nails. I still believe that part to be true in that the owner does want her nails to look good but there are some major problems with this business that have led me to decide not to return. I believe the patented thirty nails where the owner claims will make your nails stronger and healthier after 4 months of wear is incorrect and not backed by any evidence. The thirty nails is patented for its sparkles that are added to the powder and this is nothing more than acrylic or gel mixed together. Hard to say what it is exactly though, because if you ask you will be told the ingredients are "top secret. After months of wearing thirty nails, my nails are weak, thin, and splitting. They are no better than months of wear from acrylics. Also the lack of good customer service and hospitality makes it quite uncomfortable at times. E will talk about customers after they leave the shop, she will argue with her mother and talk very poorly to her as well as other employees right in front of customers. It creates poor atmosphere and makes it hard to relax. Read Less

Today was my first visit here and it was amazing. E and her mother are hilarious and the conversations were great. They made me feel at home and acted like they knew me forever. Most nail places dont carry on a conversation with you much less joke around. They did a great job on my nails and I love them. E even left her shop and came out of her way to bring me a business card for some jewelry we were talking about (she knew where we were going after we left) amazing people I will not go anywhere else.
