They way they talk to their customers is not business like. Their work is substantial specially when you have to come because of the work quality and then make you pay for the repair they are responsible for and created it. I would suggest not going there. My daughter and I came in yesterday to get a nice pedicure before we went on our cruise. The young man working at the desk was super nice but that is the only NICE thing about our experience!! The lady who did my daughters nails scraped her ankle with the shaver that she shaved the bottom of her feet with. Now she has a big area where the skin is rubbed off. The lady who did my feet cut pretty deep into the tip of my pinkie toe. When I showed her, she barely even apologized and acted like it was no big deal. She cleaned it up with peroxide and trimmed down the skin that was hanging off. We both wanted an easy nail design. She told us no one was there that could do a nail design. She ended up trying an anchor on my daughter foot and I had to do whatever flower she was able to do. When we got to the car we looked at our feet. There was polish all over the outside of our nails on our toes. Was had to scrape it off and only half of my pinky toenails were painted, the other half of the nail on the pinky toe was left unpainted. Still was charged full price!!! I left a $5 tip and she acted insulted!! I should of been the one insulted for cutting our legs and toes and doing a half way job!! For $65 I could of had a nice dinner and painted my own toenails and would of looked better!! I also would have to worry about a cut toe stinging and wearing a band aid on the cruise! BEWARE! I am so satisfied with the service i received! I use to go to this place years ago and I was disappointed because they had very rude management. But now! They are under new management and the techs and vibe there is so comfortable and satisfying! They are up to date with the latest trends and are super friendly, efficient and customer oriented! The guy in there from Burlington is super cool and funny! I'll definitely be going back! I'm picky as hell about my nails but I just had no complaints! I end up messing my nails up a little while after I left and called and came back and he fixed me up with no problem and didn't make me feel bad for needing it redone. WORST PLACE EVER. The staff is so rude & like to rush. I got the acrylic set, specifically told the man that I wanted long, coffin shaped nails, I EVEN SHOWED HIS DUMB ASS A PICTURE. As soon as he starts shaping the nails, he cuts them short & tells me that I won't be able to do anything with long nails! They're my nails, not his! Then he painted them super sloppy, paint on my skin sloppy. They were also super thick & crooked & ROUND, he was done in 15 minutes. I left because I didn't have time to get them fixed that same day. When I went back, they charged me to get them fixed saying it was because I wanted a different shape, the same shape I asked for in the beginning. I am new to Salisbury area and asked a few people for a nail shop recommendation. Out of the few I received, I chose Citi Nails for convenience. I needed my acrylic soaked off and wanted a manicure to start fresh. I was first serviced by a gentlemen. The gentlemen DRILLED my polish off my nails and then proceeded to use a artificial nail to lift the corners of my acrylic to take the fake nail off. I told him I wanted to soak my nails off, not pull them off. After soaking in acetone, I was sent to a lady to finish the manicure. She tried to drill the remaining acrylic off my nails. I told her that I did not want that because my nails are already thin. After she filed the acrylic residue from my nails, she began to DRY cut my cuticles. I told her I wanted a manicure and asked that my cuticles be soaked in water. She told me the solution will be oily and that my polish will not hold. I've had plenty of gel polish manicures and never have been told this. So, I told her that to cancel the manicure and just gel polish. After saying that, she started treating me with an attitude. She sped up her filing and was aggressive with my fingers. She told me that because I no longer wanted a manicure, my gel polish will most likely to lift. At that point, I asked for clear polish. She said good, as if I was doing her a favor by leaving. IF you care about the integrity of your nails, do not go to this shop. The workers will do and tell you anything to make their work easier. I work a lot and planned on treating myself for months...I was so sad after I left here because I really wanted a special day. A few of the techs are really nice but I noticed they were sort of snarky and many had bad attitudes. I tip well so this is sad for them. My cuticles were not touched on my feet or hands. I got a full set that was lumpy and he left my cuticles exactly the same. I had to leave for my hour long commute and honestly didn't have the time or patience to dispute. Yes I was wearing sweats and no makeup BC I was on my way to do play therapy with a child but I have money to tip and did not expect the treatment I got.Many people save to treat themselves and its quite a let down when you've been trying to make time for yourself for FOUR months and you get screwed. More like Shitty Nails. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I took my sister to get her nails done when I came in town one weekend. The woman was not only clearlyyyy trash talking me in a different language, she was rude, messy, and was filing my SKIN under the bottom of my nail to the point I had to ask her to stop bc my skin was raw and nearly bleeding. The polish job alone was terrible but she also took it upon herself to cut my nails down to the bed. Literally the entire white tip of my nail was gone and so painful. My sister decided to do a stiletto nail. Which is an acrylic nail cut in a claw like pointed shape. They charged her an extra $7 to cut her nails at a different angle rather than straight across. Ugh!!! Went in for a manicure today. The Gentleman who did my nails was not friendly. As I was sitting there, noticed nail clippings all over the floor. They were not busy, Employees sitting around...CLEAN UP!!  Was not impressed at all. The final factor.. After sitting under the dryer for 10mins, the guy said I was all dry. I left & was pretty careful with my nails. It didn't matter, polish was not dry & I completely ruined the color. I didn't bother going back. And plan to go somewhere else next time!! Read Less

Do not go here to get your nails done. They hurry you through, they don't cover the whole nail, the nails start chipping off the same day.  I've been twice and both have been horrible.  They also overcharge from the prices they have in their brochure.
