I wanted to find a new nail salon, and spend the better part of the morning going through reviews. I came across nail max saw the reviews and pictures and thought they should be okay. Honestly they were as predicted meh, I mean the experience was just meh. The lady that did my nails asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted a shorter set in the almond shape I expressed specifics enough so that she knew wanted in the least rude or bourgeois way. As we get started she initially wanted to make my nails longer to which I kindly asked the young lady to cut them and then there’s the shape.... Goodness as we were going along I’m telling the woman I need these less pointy and more almond, yet she keeps assuring me that the shape will change as she finishes I will let you guys be the judge. Btw I am in no way saying she did a bad job I asked her to make the set thin and she heard me there just not on the shape situation I suppose. Halfway through the process I could tell she just wanted to get me out the chair so I just shut up and let her finish. I paid 5 extra for a shape I didn’t want but it’s Tuesday so I got 10% off anyway so silver lining ?🤷🏽♀️

This is the absolute best nail salon in the area - believe me, I've tried them all. They're pretty good at doing exactly what I ask for. Good prices!. What keeps me going back is how clean they are.

I went to this nail salon after a coworker recommended it to me. Love love it here. The nail technician were really thorough and precise. They treated me like royalty! ! It's comfy and bright inside. I couldn't be any happier. Will most certainly be back.

Can't believe I didn't know about this place until now. Love, love, love these ladies! The ladies were warm to not only me, but any customer who walked in the door. They took their time to make sure the job was done right. And also gave me tips on how to keep them healthy. I enjoy going to this salon. Best place ever 10/10 would recommend! !

So i usually come here to get my mani and pedi but after today no more!!!! So today, i was told that I could get my nails done by Tracy (from Tracy’s mouth) because my nail was broke but when I was finished with my Pedi she told me that she is not going to do my nails today because she was too busy! My thing is why tell me that you would do my nails but tell me to turn around and come tomorrow like i have all day to sit in a nail salon. i was here before all of the other customers especially when it wasn't busy. Seriously that was inconsiderate as hell. That's sad, because I was a loyal customer since I've moved back home. We'll it's time to take my business else where. #disappointedcustomer

I love the atmosphere, it’s so welcoming. Someone always greets you when you’re entering. They’re always making sure everyone gets the service that they deserves. You also have a variety of nail colors to choose from. They offer the best pedicures in town!!! I’d recommend this spot to anyone.

They greeted me at the door. My nail staff was friendly and cute. They also made a great conversation to me. The salon doesn't smell of acetone.
I'll absolutely be coming back. And strongly recommend Nail Max & Spa for everybody!

They greeted me as friendly as we have known each other for a long time. They were personable people. I believe it took their an hour total!This salon has elegant space.
Overall, Absolutely adore this place. I will not hesitate to high recommend this place.

Nail Max & Spa is the only place to go to get my nails done. I decided to try this place and I had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so nice. I got the milk/honey pedicure and wow. They're quick, pay attention to detail and have a good eye. The salon is spacios and super clean. I will be back to see them again ! Love it so much !

Before going on a family trip, I decided to get my nails done in Nail Max & Spa. This was a fabulous experience ever. The nicest staff greet you and offer you a drink. I got a pedicure and manicure and it came out super cute. They are also very attentive and made sure to ask for feedback. A wide variety of services to choose from. This is my new place in Rocky Mount ! This little hidden gem is definitely a place to visit.

I finally found my nail salon! I am extremely picky about my nails and Nail Max & Spa is incredible.
The nail techs is so patient with me, remembers how I like my nails done and always makes sure I'm happy with my nails before I leave. He does my and they come out great every time. They ask is you'd like a pedicure, but are never pushy about extra services and will be upfront about pricing. The decor is tastefully simple and they play relaxing music at a comfortable level. The pedicure area is kept pretty dim to ensure optimal relaxation and they always have an aroma machine going on with light pleasant smells.
I LOVE Nail Max & Spa, won't go anywhere else and I personally prefer Nail Max & Spa handling my nails. It's also very VERY clean. I'll be back.

I wanted to find a new nail salon, and spend the better part of the morning going through reviews. I came across nail max saw the reviews and pictures and thought they should be okay. I finally found my nail salon! I am extremely picky about my nails and Nail Max & Spa is incredible.
The nail techs is so patient with me, remembers how I like my nails done and always makes sure I'm happy with my nails before I leave. He does my and they come out great every time.
