I always make an appointment. Best service anywhere. Noticed some said they had to wait, they took others that came in before you. I do know if you have an appointment and walk in comes in, they will take the appointment first. However you should be told that the walk in had an appointment. I want go anywhere else. I visited this place about 6 months ago. I had been there in the past for a facial wax amd really liked it. However, when I visited six months ago. I waited for over forty five minutes and then another customer came in and they took them next before me. Customer service is not good. If you are busy, make sure your customer knows when your customer arrives. Don't tell 15 min and then it is an hour. I thought I would give them another chance. Not ever again. I arrived at 6:00 for a wax and pedicure. Was told a few minutes wait time. Took about 30 to get to waxing room then took ke to pedi chairs. They left ke ther for at least an hour and water got cold. It was 8:15 before I was done. 2nd chance was a fail and I will never go to Passon Nails again! Read Less

This place is good but i am 11 years old and they used one of the foot scrubbers on my feet and they scrubbed the skin off! Of course they put stuff on it so it doesn't get infected but still they should know better. Read Less

I have gave this place a try several times, being I use to go to Envy Nails and loved them! First time I got white tips SNS (they were okay, but she was in a hurry and told me if I didn’t like them I could come some other time) second time I went with my friend we both got a pedicure and then SNS; first mistake was that my friend sat beside me and waited to get her nails done for over an hour before any helped her, second mistake was that the girl doing my nails didn’t really... have much experience so she called the owner to shape my nails and that was a huge disappointment because she never asked how I wanted them and was once again in a hurry, so I had one nail that was completely different than the rest and ended up having to shape them myself; Third Time was about 2 weeks ago when I found out my daughter was only at school from 10:30-11:45 thought why not go get a pedicure, so I did, the young man was super nice and tried his best, however I sat there for over an hour and then had to leave without my nails painted and didn’t receive an apology or anything except that he told me I should of told him I was in a hurry. Went to this salon because I’ve been looking for a salon that was closer to my home. I have many friends that are clients here and their praises got me to this salon. Today I stopped by the salon for the first time and asked for a pedi and full set. The pedi was great and I sat under the dryers assuming that I was waiting on a nail tech to do my full set. I waited an hour before I decided that it was too long of a wait. As I went to pay one of the technicians asked if I got t...he full set done and I said “no” and had been waiting for an hour for the service. Apparently there was a miscommunication and apologized and tried to provide me the service I had requested but I declined. I paid for my pedicure and left. I understand miscommunications can happen but many walked by me without asking if I was ok or general courtesy follow up so in my opinion is was bad customer service. I am never disappointed when I get my nails done here. Everyone is very nice and they go above and beyond to do their best to give you everything you want. A friend recommended me here when I moved after having a not so great experience else where. I will not go anywhere else to get a service of any kind. They're very fair priced and worth every penny. Where do I start......It was Fantastic to See Miss V. ,Lonnie and family again. I was a client of theirs many years ago. As Always they did a Wonderful job on my nails and my daughter's nails too. I got a full set of SNS in a mood change color. My daughter got a full set of gel acrylics and absolutely Loves her design. Passion Nail Salon has such a fun and personal atmosphere which makes every time up there a great time. It's about a 20min drive from my house but so worth it. This is by far the #1 best nail place there is to go to ! I am very pickke about what I like an how its done ! I can tell you im always! Very impressed an most importantly they will do exactly what you want an how you want it . They are very nice an make you feel like family also they take their time an do a very wonderful job !
