Went to get a mani and pedi done for my wedding. Both hands and feet looked wonderful. Drinks offered during my pedi. I was recommended to think about eye brow arching and additional minimal facial hair removal via wax. Decided to go ahead since I had never experienced a waxing and the fact that I was getting married the next day. Plenty of employees available to perform your services. Very professional staff! Quiet & peaceful place. Exceptional service:) I've had 3 acrylic fill in's and a pedicure done by this shop. Love the detailed oriented nail techs. Flawless nail jobs. They make sure you get exactly what you pay for. I now faithfully go to Kevin who is very skilled and detail oriented but I believe they are all held to a high standard. Kevin does a great job and the reason why we go back. Pedicures are long lasting and the color selection is pretty expansive. Massages are nice and gentle and the atmosphere is very calming. I visited this salon twice a couple of months ago.  The second time I vowed I would not return.  I witnessed the owner harass and yell at the cleaning person (it was a late appointment) about her service.  I don't think there should be any type of end of day cleaning going on when there is a customer in the salon and certainly no unprofessional behavior between the owner and anyone.  Also I was pushed by the owner into  a different nail service other than gel.  Some type of powder dip.  It took forever and looked very fake.   Yes the salon is clean and new, but the service and leadership is sorely lacking. So far, so good! I'm always so hesitant when it comes to new nail salons. They usually start out awesome because they are new, shiny, clean and well staffed. But you can pick up in some sort of vibe that determines whether or not you will go back or even feel comfortable going back. The Venetian give me a good vibe. I like the location (next to sprouts the best store ever) and a positive staff that seem like they are into what they are doing. The prices are average and decorated white and clean. I got their deluxe pedicure and am happy with the way it turned out! I am going to give this place another go for a manicure, and I'm feeling pretty good about it. Great customer service but the gel polish was put on my nails so thinly it chipped on Day 3.  I have 4 nails it chipped off of.  I am debating going back.  I paid for the most expensive pedicure which included like a 3 minute massage.  It definitely was not worth the price. Read Less

Beautiful salon. Ask for Kevin. He did my SNS dip manicure and a deluxe pedicure. My manicure is perfect and he was very particular about how he did everything. The pedicure was the absolute best I've had in a LONG time- very gentle long massage and did not rush through anything. So relaxing and they also serve complimentary soft drinks and wine. ViVi is amazing! She went to great lengths to help me color match gel polish for my wedding day! The first one we decided on was a little too dark, and she was the one to say that we should take my toenail polish off and redo them completely with a color that might match better! I am going to give place 5 star, because they were able to take me ahead of my set appointment time. Not only is this location absolutely beautiful on the inside, they provide excellent service. Best nail salon I have ever been to! I got a french gel manicure back in July and they are still perfect (which is very unheard of them lasting almost 2 months). The gentlemen that did my nails really took care of me and took his time. I also got my eyebrows waxed and typically get super red after since I have sensitive skin. My skin wasn't red at all when they finished. I was so impressed. I've found my forever salon and HIGHLY recommend this salon. Really nice new place right by my house, watch out Beverly Nails, this place is a real contender. The man who did my gel manicure took a lot of time, was very careful and patient and did a great job. Thank you ladies at adore. This morning i had my hair and eyebrows sorted out post having a baby. The ladies were so accommodating and coped with my little lads sqwarks. They were kind and professional not bating an eyelid with feeding and nappy changes. I considered Venetian Nail Spa is the best salons in Raleigh. This is the only nail salon I want to go. I just walked in and only had to wait 5 minutes for my turn. This is only the second time I've ever had my nails done and the first time I have visited Venetian Nail Spa. I had a pedicure. The salon is clean, well lit and cared for. The nail technicians are professional and their prices are reasonable. The pedicure tools were packaged and I assume sterilized. The massaging pedicure chair was absolutely wonderful. They were quite concerned that my toenails were dry before I put my shoes on. The next time I visit Venetian Nail Spa for a pedicure I will remember to wear sandals! Venetian Nail Spa is slightly new! I think not many people know, but I tried it and it was really great here I actually came here to get my nails done the night! Everyone was so friendly and nice, and the lady who did my nails was awesome. Keep in mind, I had a bad nail biting habit at the time too. So props to her for making my nails look nice regardless.
