Wonderful service and affordable prices. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes for a deluxe pedicure. Almost two weeks later, it still looks great. They offer complimentary beverages too!

The salon itself is nice and seems like a clean place. The prices are a little higher than other nail salons in Raleigh but seemed reasonable enough until we were told that the nail polish we picked out would be $5 extra because it was long lasting. I have never heard of that before. It was not gel polish, it was just regular nail polish that said "long-lasting" on the bottle. But we said okay and got on with it since we were short on time. The nail tech took her time on my nails and was super apologetic when she made one of my cuticles bleed. She sanitized the area and kept going, which was fine. I wouldn't have had an issue with the extra charge or with my cuticle bleeding and being swollen the next couple of days, if the nail polish did not peel off like a sticker 3 days after the manicure. And I mean the entire nail, not a chip. More than half of my nails were left without polish within the week. I'm sure they did not, but it was as if they used a peel off base coat underneath the polish. I had never experienced that before. I would not visit this salon again.

Excellent customer service from the entire staff! The salon was clean, spacious, and light music was playing in the background. My delux pedicure was very relaxing. I messed up my polish by wearing shoes on this frigid winter day, but they fixed the polish the next day free of charge. This will definitely be my new go-to salon!

I have been a customer of Michelle for almost 15 years now. I was so happy when she opened her own establishment here at Seaboard Nails. There are plenty of techs & chairs. I usually schedule appointments but on the times I drop in they always make sure I am taken care of. The space is very nice as well as good prices & excellent service !!!
Once you start here I am certain you to will like as much as myself & all my friends and family who all come from N. Raleigh. Come on down to Seaboard Nails and you won't be disappointed.

I have been a customer since they opened. Christine remembered me from a previous spa she worked at, and told the nail tech not to use latex gloves on me. What a memory! They are very skilled and personable, and my gel manis last at least 2 weeks. It's my favorite place to get a mani/pedi.

I can't even explain the horrible experience! I went in for a fill in and needed one nail replaced, soy dssimple enough, the lady was told to make the one new nail look the same as the other 9 nails, you would think this was commend sense, but instead she put on a big, flat, duck bill of a nail on the finger! I was horrified! I asked that she STOP because it was clear she did not know what she was doing! The owner saw the nail and told her what to do to correct it but I just decided to pay for what she did and did not want her to finish anything! Why would I let a non professional finish! They all tried to huddle over me and yell at me! They spoke their language and were very rude and ignorant! Done

Went in on Friday for a full set - as soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt very welcomed! I had an appointment at 5:15 but was told they were running a little behind which is understandable because you can't help the walk-ins coming in before any appointments. They updated me frequently about when I would see a nail tech. I only had to wait 10-15 mins before I was greeted by Mai (I hope I spelled her name correctly) once we sat down I explained to her what I have always done before but now I wanted to change things up a little bit. The communication between her and I was great! She took her time and my nails turned out perfect! I will be back.

After all of these "amazing" reviews, I was excited to try a new salon closer to my house. I booked a pedicure, but since they weren't busy I added a manicure. Well, they said they had time for it- but only if I do both simultaneously. Other clients were getting separate services, and there were other techs. I don't understand why I was the only one getting rushed. Then while finishing my nails, she answered the phone the entire time- and cut my cuticles to the point of mak...ing them bleed. Quiet, relaxing, clean, VERY Friendly salon! I'd say, one of the best in town! A spa-like atmosphere! Never saw a cell phone! Love this place! Beautiful relaxing music, too!

The salon itself is nice and seems like a clean place. The prices are a little higher than other nail salons in Raleigh but seemed reasonable enough until we were told that the nail polish we picked out would be $5 extra because it was long lasting. I have never heard of that before. It was not gel polish, it was just regular nail polish that said "long-lasting" on the bottle. But we said okay and got on with it since we were short on time. The nail tech took her time on my nails and was super apologetic when she made one of my cuticles bleed. She sanitized the area and kept going, which was fine. I wouldn't have had an issue with the extra charge or with my cuticle bleeding and being swollen the next couple of days, if the nail polish did not peel off like a sticker 3 days after the manicure. And I mean the entire nail, not a chip. More than half of my nails were left without polish within the week. Excellent customer service from the entire staff! The salon was clean, spacious, and light music was playing in the background. My delux pedicure was very relaxing. I have been a customer of Michelle for almost 15 years now. I was so happy when she opened her own establishment here at Seaboard Nails. There are plenty of techs & chairs. I usually schedule appointments but on the times I drop in they always make sure I am taken care of. The space is very nice as well as good prices & excellent service !!!

I went in for a fill in and needed one nail replaced, soy dssimple enough, the lady was told to make the one new nail look the same as the other 9 nails, you would think this was commend sense, but instead she put on a big, flat, duck bill of a nail on the finger! Went in on Friday for a full set - as soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt very welcomed! I had an appointment at 5:15 but was told they were running a little behind which is understandable because you can't help the walk-ins coming in before any appointments. They updated me frequently about when I would see a nail tech. I only had to wait 10-15 mins before I was greeted by Mai (I hope I spelled her name correctly) once we sat down I explained to her what I have always done before but now I wanted to change things up a little bit.
