Purchased a Groupon and like others x unable to reach anyone to get an appointment, the website they linked is fake, doesn't exist. Won't return calls. Just tried calling again and it says mailbox is full. AWFUL!!!!!

If i could give it no stars I would, could never get a hold of the owner. Tried to make an appt. online over a week ago because no one ever returned my voicemail or phone call. Would not even confirm my appointment online. I had a groupon and asking if it could get a refund because the owner was non responsive. Even going to the establishment you can not get in with the door being locked. Overall not responsive, walk in friendly and terrible customer service.

Bought a Groupon a month ago and tried several times to set an appointment. I was never able to get through. This past week Groupon reached out to me to say that other customers have been having the same problem, and that they'll facilitate a refund. No idea what's up with this place, but having driven by and seen the location I suspect the experience would have been poor anyway.

Tried to call, email and text to no avail. Online appointment system requires credit card info. No way after I already paid on Groupon. So I went to the "studio" @ 11:30 today....couldn't even get ups...
Tried to call, email and text to no avail. Online appointment system requires credit card info. No way after I already paid on Groupon. So I went to the "studio" @ 11:30 today....couldn't even get upstairs to the suite because the door to stairs was locked. Oh, and no sign on Suite 205. Want my money back!

Y’all don’t let looks deceive you. This is not your normal nail salon. It is one on one personal attention in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The amount of time and attention to detail she puts into her job is worth every penny. My nails and toes look amazing and I left feeling so relaxed!! I will for sure be going back!

Absolutely love this studio!!! No jets needed...custom pedi bombs instead!! You should definitely come check her out and you receive a VIP experience!!

Would not even confirm my appointment online. I had a groupon and asking if it could get a refund because the owner was non responsive. Even going to the establishment you can not get in with the door being locked. Overall not responsive, walk in friendly and terrible customer service.
