The service was great and my nails came out so good. I’m very picky about my nails and no one ever meets my expectations but the gentleman who did my nails was so sweet and did an awesome job. I wish I lived in the area so I could come here forever.
Update: I went back for the second time and experienced the same great service. Be sure to make an appointment with Tom! He is so sweet, attentive to detail and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I can’t speak on anyone else but Tom is the man to see.

I decided to try this place due to the good reviews and was brutally disappointed. We made sure to make an appointment for 5 PM. We walked in the door and weren’t greeted for about 10 minutes and I really don’t think we were even put in the computer. They had a great selection of colors I will say that. I sat in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes until someone even acknowledged me. When she did get started, It was more of a lotion massage as they did not even use a file on my toes. After having to wait so long, I decided only on the basic pedicure which ended up being way more basic then the word basic. When I checked out, it was $50.
My friend with me wanted a gel manicure who also was waiting 45 minutes. A man came in the front door, sat down and just started doing her nails...weird. She was a little uncomfortable by the way he was using tools and spoke up for them then to get offended by her concerns. They were in shock when we said we had to leave by 7 pm which was 2 hours after our scheduled appointment.
I was excited to try this place and they pretty much pushed us out the door.

I haven't seen one special request that they haven't been able to accommodate yet. They are up to date on the newest trends and styles.

Went for the first time over two weeks ago for a pedicure. They were super friendly and the pedicure was very relaxing and the nail tech was very efficient and did an amazing job.
The picture is of my toes today, which is OVER two weeks after I had the pedicure done. Looks like I just got them done yesterday! I am so amazed. No chips and still looks just as good as it did 2 weeks ago. Longest lasting pedicure I’ve ever had.
I live over 25 minutes away, but plan on going here anytime I am out near Crabtree. Best bang for your buck, for sure!

My first experience at this place was nothing short of amazing. I was in the area for a different reason & I decided to get my nails done while there. I am so glad I chose this location. The customer service was great and the guys (T? Ti? Tee? - no idea the spelling & his dad?) who did my nails were both amazing. So thorough and payed attention to every detail. My acrylic set is completely different (in a good way) than my last two sets at a different place. My nails look so natural and feel so much lighter than my last acrylic nails. It is safe to say I will happily make the 40 minute drive to come to this location where I know I will be 100% happy. Awesome job, everyone!

I purchased a gift card for my wife to use at this place. They did not properly setup the card so when she went to pay the bill they said the card had no money. They told her if she could show them a credit card statement for the gift card purchase then that would suffice. I logged in, found the transaction, took a screen shot and sent it to her. They still did not accept this. They basically treated her like a criminal when THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SCREWED UP. She was about to call the police but they finally found the transaction in their system. On top of all this, they did not apologize or give her any kind of credit for being treated so poorly. They turned a Christmas gift into a horrible experience. I strongly advise you to go somewhere else.

I really enjoy coming here, it's a very nice and clean place to get pampered. Every time I go, I get a full set done by Nicole and I don't have any issues with her at all. She does very well with free hand nail art too. My only issue with this place is that they claim to have a rewards system that you can sign up for and earn points with every service you get, but i've been back like five times and haven't received any rewards for my services. On their website they say you can get 1 reward point per dollar, and I pay about $35-$55 each visit so I should have enough reward points but I've never seen them. If they fix that, And this place will be perfect.

I had an appointment at 11:30 & it took the guy 30 minutes to acknowledge me at my chair & then went right back to someone else's nails. 40 minutes in he says be right with you. An HOUR LATER he tells me he is ready for me. I said forget it!! I waited an hour!!... They are lucky I was with other people or I would have walked out & been a hell of a lot more vocal. I told them it's pathetic that I had an appointment & never even got seen. They have the worst time management & the worst customer service. If you like horrible business, like being ignored & love being taken hours late for appointments, then this place is for you. See More

Everything was great. My husband reluctantly went with me as part of a date night to get pedicures. We ended it with him saying that we should come back in two months. Haha. We enjoyed to get pampered in the relaxing chairs. They people working were very nice and talked to us just enough without being too chatty. Will definitely be back.

So happy to have found this place. i have been looking for a GOOD, high quality nail salon in the region, and think I found my new go-to spot. All I have had done here is a pedicure so I can't speak for their manis, but the whole process was nothing less than perfect. Getting an appointment same day was no problem. Once I got there, they were very professional, and their salon is SO clean. I got the most extensive pedicure they have (I forget the name of it). The whole pedicure took over an hour, and my pedicurist did a wonderful job. I really do recommend this place. Like a lot.

The service was great and my nails came out so good. I’m very picky about my nails and no one ever meets my expectations but the gentleman who did my nails was so sweet and did an awesome job. I wish I lived in the area so I could come here forever.

I decided to try this place due to the good reviews and was brutally disappointed. We made sure to make an appointment for 5 PM.
