I called ahead to make an appointment after reading the review on how busy they are at times. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated and given the gel color options to choose my color. A man did my nails (I forgot his name) he was so polite and asked if I wanted anything to drink and I declined. He also told me to let I’d know if I changed my mind. This is my go-to nail place! Before making this place my regular spot, I tried several other nail salons in the area. None come close to the quality that exists at Fantasy Nail Spa. I go every 2-3 weeks for a liquid gel (ibd over my real nails) fill in with regular OPI colors. My nails look very natural and don't have that thick, bulky look. The price is right for the service you get, and they offer wine or soft drinks with your service. My nail tech is usually Andy, and sometimes I also get Kelsey. Nina is the BEST of the BEST!!! She is not only very skillful but also very considerate!!! I feel very comfortable and relaxing when she does my nails and waxes my eye brows. Clean and quiet atmosphere, I would say that they need to train these nail techs on how to enhance their nail art design so it's not one tech doing all the advance nail work and invest in some more UV ray nail dryers. Also they need to set up a better time schedule system, the person in charge had no idea who was helping who and making them wait longer then necessary, You either have enough employees to finish with the customer or you let them schedule a appointment for another day. I visited Fantasy Nail Spa when my regular salon tech was unavailable at a nearby shop. Luckily through search (Google and Yelp) I found good reviews for this salon. So glad I gave it a try. I noticed Andy was the go to guy and he fulfilled his reviews. He was able to to take me right after a regular client. He did an amazing job on my gel manicure. They have a very good selection of colors (I just want them to add more Essie Gel Colours and all will be great). Overall, it's a cool place. They offer beverages and respect relaxation. Great folks, good experience. Clean and talented artists. Five of us went. It took a long time for nails and toes for all, because it was very busy, and I noticed it was a lot of regulars who they knew their names. That was encouraging. This was our first try, we'll see how they hold up! Oh, and my daughter later in the day had to clean up a baby-mess, and ruined her nails, but they happily fixed them. So far, we'll go back! I'm not sure what Sexy One below is talking about. I have gel nails and went in today to have Andy correct them. My naturals nails curve down when they grow out and were separating from the artificial tip. Andy took off the fake tips no problem. He added gel back on top of my natural nails and they look great! I believe the customer below may have had a problem with communication. And Vickie did my brows today. I cannot say enough good things about this salon.
