I vote BN Nails Salon as the best salon in Raleigh. You will not imagine what you have encountered. You'd better make a appointment first. My cuticles are perfect and my feet are always soft after the pedicure. They didn't rush and were meticulous in what they did. This was worth the money. I've had a few different nail salons that were all trial and error. But today were different, I found PAN nail Salon They did exactly what I asked and gave the best customer service. Staffs very personable ,wonderful pedicure experience. It's such a relief to know that I won't be going somewhere else to experience a terrible nail job anymore. I love BN Nails Salon will definitely be my new place to go for my nail needs Their quality just wasn't the same anymore. They did an awesome job! The nail staff took his time and actually asked questions as to what I liked. He did an amazing job making me not look like a monster anymore but even more so, they were amazing. Furthermore, the atmosphere is upscale and relaxing which is also a plus. It's very clean with hundreds of colors to choose from. I have been going there for years. Even after management change. I love their customer service.  Everyone in the shop is very friendly.  I haven't gotten my nails done in about 6 week because of work. But I promise my nails haven't popped off chipped or nothing.  I just need a fill in. Last time I was in there a young lady made a seen in the shop. I went in for a fill in and the nail tech clipped and even removed a nail. She then told me I have to get a full set. I told her that I dont have the finances for a full set. She gets loud agitated with me and states she will not do my nails. So now I am walking around with half of a nail on each finger and one finger with no nails at all. She was rude and showed no empathy. I would rather cut them off completely than to deal with this type of arrogance. DO NOT GO TO BN NAILS!!!! Read Less
