Seemed as if I was the guinea pig for the day. Initially there was a young boy starting on my pedicure service who looked no older than 15. He seemed very unsure of what he was doing or just not interested. They eventually sent him to the back and a young girl took his place. She seemed more sure of herself but was obviously not as experienced and as the older lady and gentleman that were guiding her. I chose this place because of its convenient location but I’d gladly travel the 15-20min to my old nail salon for expert professional services. After closely observing my nails once I got home, I realized how horrible they looked. One of the older ladies did my gel pedicure so I wrongfully assumed I was finally in good hands. Two of my toe nails were uneven in length and on majority of them the polish does not have the smooth, clean lines near the cuticle and on the sides. Will not be returning. Read Less

They had a teenage boy do my friend's pedicure. When I asked for someone else to do it they accused me of making him nervous. The manager said he new how but I made him nervous more than once. He was unsure of himself from the beginning getting direction from other workers. He had no idea what he was doing. He was clearly underage and likely had no liscense to do nails at all. No one comes to the salon to be used as a guinea pig. That's what schools are for .You come to the salon for a professional service. I go here cause it's convent from my house . They are always busy no matter the time . But the girl who did my mani, pedi, eyebrows, & lashes was very nice . She took her time paid 100$ for all; kinda pricey but overall okay . Read Less

I had my lip waxed on Friday 11/3/2017. I noticed today that the wax burned me. I went in to talk to the manager about being burned. He asked me if I wanted him to put some aloe on!!! A mess! Didn't offer me money back or anything! He apologized and said he didn't know what else he could do. Will never go here again! Read Less

Me and my sister in law each got a mani/pedi from here. My first impression of the facility was pleasant, it's a clean and beautifully decorated place. We were greeted immediately upon entering the door. We were walk ins and they were able to get us both in immediately. I had Kim do my mani/pedi and I will be going back to her again.
