Do not go here. I had sns mani on a Friday and by Sunday it was chipping off. Sns is $35 and its supposed to last at the very least two weeks. So I went back on Monday to get it re done and the lady with the red hair looked at my nails and after I explained that it’s only been three days she said to just do gel so I said that’s fine but will I get refunded since gel is $10 cheaper and she said “No we don’t do refunds” with a huge attitude. I told her that it didn’t make sense and she raised her voice and said they don’t do refunds and it’s not their fault it chipped. I am incredibly disappointed with the costumer service. This was my first time in and Kali did a fill, shaping and repair on my nails. I absolutely love them. She did a great job and was easy to talk to. Also very skilled and knowledgeable. The owners are very nice and friendly as well. This is a nice, clean family owned and operated business. My son (3) also played with the owners son as I got my nails done (though I came prepared to keep him busy). He enjoyed it and liked making a new friend. I have found a new nail place. They also have the dipping powder nails and stamping, which I haven't seen a lot of places offering. I'll be trying those next time I need a new set. I only gave two stars because of the prices but I guess you get what you pay for. It's only been a week since I got my nails done there and already looks like I've have my nails for three weeks as well as missing two nails. One nail came off while closing my car door the other came off while simply scratching my head. There's no way that my nails should look like this after 1 week. My favorite nail shop in the entire world!! I LOVE Sandra, and Cyl! They are so nice. I used to come by regularly when I lived in this area.  I now live in Phoenix. I was truly delighted to see them a few weeks ago when I was in town.  I have tried other nail shops in my new area, and no one will ever compare to you two! Let me start off my saying how NICE these people were. Not only did they give a great mani/pedi, everyone was so nice, awesome, respectful and gave so many compliments! I came in here with my 6 yr old niece for pedicures. They gave her a free manicure, box of chocolate, hair clips and a ton of compliments. They did an awesome job on our nails and I can't say enough how nice they were. We were treated like princesses. Thank you to the two women and man that made our experience just wonderful. Okay so here's a review from a man's perspective I went in for the deluxe manicure and pedicure . I was promptly greeted and provided bottled water and a seat in the massage chair.  The service began immediately.  Had a relaxing and pleasant conversion with SANDRA.  The deluxe was 60 dollars and totally worth it.  I must of been there nearly two hours of preening and pampering.  My feet and fingers where looking gross, they look and feel great now but mostly it was just so relaxing and left with good energy.  There was the hot wax and hot stone plus lots our arm leg hand and foot massage. I have been going to this nail salon for years.  Since I have been going the ownership has changed 4 times.  Never had a problem until the recent ownership change.  They have raised the prices and the quality of service has declined.  I was in today 5-13-15 and waited 2 hours for a pedicure.  The bad thing is that they were not busy.  The workers are not trained and very slow.  I have decided to look for another salon. This place used to be my favorite nail salon I loved it so much used to go all the time. I hadn't gone back for some time decided on treating myself and a friend to go get our nails done. Little did I know that EVERYDAY sense I got them done I have been back to get a new nail put on again and again and again. I really want to like this place. I did. The reviews sounded good and the two people working when I got there were very nice.But I should have known better. It looked a little dated and for a Saturday morning it was very empty. There were two other customers there and, I learned while there that they were both there for the first time. I wanted a regular pedi and a pink and white mani. The girl who did my pedi was exceptionally sweet and did her best. But my polish is already chipping and it was done four hours ago. Sign that the polish is aging.My pink and white was clearly one of the first they have done - I remained calm and patient, even after the third time she knocked me with her grummel tool. (Ouch I said quietly).Not one nail is even and it took two hours to finish! Again, very nice lady which is the reason for a star.I will say they took money off of the cost of the mani which was very nice - they knew, too, that it wasn't their best manicure.Will I go back? I have been coming to USA Nails for years! I have gone to other places in Charlotte, but they couldn't compare to USA service and prices. In the winter months they have $25 Mani & Pedi. Normal prices is $30. I have natural nails so I look for someone that is going to file my nails great, and long lasting nail polish. USA nails do a good job for me. They offer Eyebrow threading, eyebrow waxing, other waxing services, eyelashes extensions, and the newest nail polishes and acrylic or Gel Nails. Try this place out ask for Tiger he is awesome. This nail salon is a hidden treasure in Charlotte. First off, the pricing can't be beat - $20 for a shellac manicure ($35 and up at any other nail salon) and $20 pedicures complete with a nice long massage (so you won't feel rushed like you would at other busy salons that have the "turn 'em and burn 'em mentality"), exfoliating scrub and paraffin - all built into the price of the service (none of it is extra!). It's a small, family-run business and although the inside may not be the prettiest aesthetics, the reasonable prices and excellent service definitely make up for it. I love this place, I know they're open mon-sat @ 9:30am, but I'm not sure when they close.they have the best mani-pedi deal in charlotte that I know about, its $25 mon-wed and they do a really good job and take their time.i always get my eyebrows waxed here, its only $8. not the newest nail salon around, but they know what they are doing, give them a try!
