I USED to frequent this salon when Annie and DC were owners( amazing!!!) sadly I've been back since the new owners have taken over and it hasn't been great. I've tried 4 times. Owner seems money hungry and accused me of wanting a gel polish change for free( she charged me, I stupidly paid) when my nails (3) chipped within 5 days. Not cool! I've been going to that salon since it opened and have been a loyal customer. My cuticles are never cut properly and when mentioned it, they didn't do anything about it! Time to find a new salon. I've been looking for a salon for 4 months since moving to Charlotte.  Today was my first visit.  I didn't get DC as requested, they were very busy, however AMY took great care of me.  An excellent Deluxe Pedicure followed up with an acrylic fill in and polish.  I am very pleased with the service and attention I was given.  I think I've finally found MY salon!!  Very happy with their prices as well.  I would say they are inexpensive compared to other salons that did a cruddy job on exfoliating my feet and trimming cuticles.  I'll be going back! There is nothing worse than to drop $80 for a mani/pedi only to go out in the daylight to gasp at the horror.  My mani color did not match my pedi color, my pedi nails were not uniformly shaped, the gel color must have been of cheap quality because the color is thin in spots, and the worse part is that the blue color I chose is smeared all over my cuticles. I have to go out tonight, and I don't know how I am going to make my nails look presentable.I get mani/pedis on a regular basis, but I had not tried this shop, as I am a visitor to the area.  The woman who did my nails was young and either inexperienced or just plain needed a job.I suggest you stay away, or you might as well flush your cash down the proverbial toilet! I think the prices are great and D.C. and Annie are so friendly. I also love that they offer wine while you wait. Unfortunately, the last time I went, I made an appointment for 2pm, when I got there they ask me to wait 30 minutes or more because one of the costumers decided she wanted a manicure along with her pedicure. A class service every time I have been. You will get a great time while getting pampered. They offer wine, beer etc while you get your mani pedi done. Massage chairs are good too. First, I'd like to say it is a little bit hidden. I heard about infinity nails several times and saw their Instagram post and decided, it was time. I called and made an appointment for around 2:30, and had to wait regardless. That was the ONLY bad thing. They apologized and I understood they were busy, so no worries. Once I got seated I got asked if I wanted a beverage and immediate engaged conversation. All the staff (including the little daughter) is SO friendly and sweet. They all like to talk which is great. The music choice is awesome and not to mention, my nail shape. I look everywhere and try every nail salon to get the right skinny nail shape and no one can get it right.. But infinity nails did. I made sure I got a loyalty card on my way out because I'm sure this will be my go - to nail place now. Read Less

Awesome! !!! DC & Annie are a powerhouse team. The manicurist Mary is Also awesome, she did a amazing job on my daughters gel polish! DC is a perfectionist, you will love your nails, his pink & white gel nails are unmatched.. Ive tried other salons in the area, DC and Infinity nails is the best in the Ballantyne area. I usually do not write reviews. It's just not my thing. But I feel like for this magnificent place, I should! My nails have never been so perfect. I got almond acrylic nails and DC made sure they were perfect and that I loved them. They have an amazing variety of polishes. Like I was seriously so conflicted because I loved at least 10 colors. But because of work, I stuck to basic red. But that's not the point! DC really made sure my nails were perfectly shaped and polished. I was offered something to drink as soon as I sat down (which was so nice!). And he was able to see from my nails that the place I went to before did a horrible job. My nails were super delicate (bc I had just popped off the nails I had) and usually it hurts a little to get them buffed and filed but he was super gentle and it did not hurt one bit. Just everything about my visit was perfect. I left and called at least 3 friends to tell them how happy I was with my nails and how cute this place is. I totally recommend. Like 100% Read Less

First thing you notice is the new beautiful decor and paint ! Very up scale and luxurious. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what services I wanted. I've been to several area nail  salons, and I haven't been as satisfied with any of them as much as I have at Infinity nail. They have one of the best gel and regular nail color selections I have seen. I have gone at least 3 time since they have changed owners and renamed the salon, and each time my gel color has lasted the full 2 weeks without chipping! And that's amazing to me because being a health care professional, I am constantly  washing my hands and using alcohol based agents. Anne and her husband do an excellent job and always make me feel welcomed. They also do great designs and 3D art for nails! I would recommend this nail salon over any I've been to in the past.
