I'm a little bit torn on this review and may end up giving them a second chance and trying them again. Came here with my daughter yesterday to get a pedicure. They fit Us in which was great but there was conversation amongst the staff very loudly the entire time we were trying to get a pedicure and relax. It felt like an episode of Barber Shop... In fact they talk so much that it seems as though they weren't really paying attention to our nails at all. It wasn't just one technician but all of the people in the pedicure row. They spoke in English so you can understand everything.. it just seemed fairly unprofessional and chaotic, and as mentioned seems to distract them from the actual job of doing your nails. I love the shop and I love that it's in the village of Pinehurst which is very close to her home and is a cute Village so you can make a day of it and enjoy your atmosphere have some lunch at one of your favorite places shop a little Etc and it's a very quaint cute shop in seems very personable so I enjoyed walking in sitting down and was excited about the treatment until they started to chat amongst themselves. As far as the actual job my feet are incredibly smooth I don't think I've ever left a pedicure shop and had the bottom of my feet feel so smooth so that's a huge plus which prevented them from getting one star from the experience experience. But the nails smudged my first step out of the shop and the cuticle and skin around my toenail didn't seem to be trim adequately. I guess the actual job was fairly good not the best but not bad I would have to call it a good job. However there was barely a massage or barely any relaxation or care given to the legs it almost felt like a quick color change and tidy up not an actual pedicure and as I say the conversation definitely distracted from the experience. We get pedicures often and this was not one of our favorites. While we were sitting there thinking what we were thinking and texting to each other about all the chatting and lack of attention and lack of Massage... We heard two other people complaining out loud to the technicians about the exact same thing. I hope to go back and try them again and give them a second chance. I love this salon! Jessica always takes her time one my nails and they always come out beautiful! Although I live 20 minutes away, I will never go anywhere else because the salon is so relaxing and the end results are so worth it! Read Less

Took a couple of girlfriends and my daughter here last weekend for birthday pedicures. The Bella staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. They were so wonderful with my little girl during her first pedicure and she absolutely loved the experience. We were all made to feel very welcomed and comfortable and the pedicures were relaxing and turned out beautiful. Highly recommend! Read Less

I've been to the two nail spas in Seven Lakes and today I went to Bella.  What a difference in skill, general atmosphere and friendly people.  I had french tips and they did a great job, much better than from the other two.  Everyone who works there seems happy, I will be going back there again. Went to get an acrylic rebase here today, first time I had been here, called with only an hour notice, and told me they could accommodate me by appointment. I walked in, they took me right away! The shop was clean, they were friendly and professional. My nails look great, and my eyebrows do also. Prices were very competitive...I will definitely return, and I live in Sanford! Read Less

Normally a favorite neighborhood spot but it did not live up to normal standards today.  Between the long wait for my scheduled appointment, the cold foot bath and the customer on the phone it was not the relaxing experience it usually is. I had a customer of mine refer me to here so I thought I would go with my Mom. We did not call ahead. We got there at 2:30 and they asked if we could come back at 3:30, she wrote our names down and what we were wanting. We came back at 3:30. I was expecting a wait because I have never been to a nail spa and not had to wait off an appointment even with my regular girl. The lady that wrote our names told us to pick our colors, and had our water waiting. We told them we only wanted the regular pedicure. They got their little suitcases out with the "sanitized packets" of nail clippers :)! Happy happy happy!!,I like to get to know the person that is doing my pedicure because I tend to be a loyal person. I don't like to shop for hairdressers or manicurists. I was surprised that the lady acted like she wanted to talk to me! Admit it, how many times have you been to a nail salon and the people are talking amongst themselves and you are sitting there wondering what in Gods green garden  they are saying about your feet!  This was a welcome change!We were in and out within 30 minutes.. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to space. They really are cramped and if you are claustrophobic you may not want to go.$27.00 for regular pedicure. They give you a rewards card at the end as well. I asked for water and they brought me bottled water. Nothing pretentious, no wine or nuts. But the conversation and my nails bring cut how I wanted them was worth not having the wine!!!! Read Less

Quiet and serene atmosphere. Very pretty/minimalist salon. Prices are great for the service. We had an appointment for three for their classic mani/pedi's and they were right on time. I like that there are special services for children 12 & under and nail art is included. Two of us had gel polish and their selection of colors is extensive. I had gel nails removed and they took the time to remove them carefully and correctly. It probably took more time then most but I never felt they were rushing or were annoyed at who did my nails before. I will certainly be a repeat customer here. Read Less
