I went in for a pedicure and manicure. I asked the wait time and the lady said 5 minutes and she directed me to a chair to get me started on the pedicure. I waited 30 minutes for someone to start on me. The guy who started to work on my feet could not understand a single word I said. I told him to trim all my nails and he only trimmed like 4. The length in my nails were uneven. He cut me several times and kept yanking on my foot. He was very unprofessional. At that point I was fed up and told them to just finish my feet and take the gel polish off my fingernails and trim them. I wanted them short and round...they’re squared and uneven too. I even had the other people in there translating for him what I wanted. I WILL NEVER AGAIN COME HERE. I rather drive all the way to Fayetteville. I left with uneven length in nails and cuts.

This place is a joke. My neices wanted their nails done and insisted on this place. After two hours they are in the chair, while having to wait in between clients getting eye brows done and the techs ...
This place is a joke. My neices wanted their nails done and insisted on this place. After two hours they are in the chair, while having to wait in between clients getting eye brows done and the techs running back and forth between them trying to get them done. I would not pay $35 for this experience again. Thank God I love my neices but trust and believe this is their first and last time coming here if I have to bring them😈😠

My experience was terrible! They didn’t greet me when I came in. The lady who did my feet and nails were verrrrry unsanitary, coughing on my feet, trying to use dirty utensils and the towels she used ...
My experience was terrible! They didn’t greet me when I came in. The lady who did my feet and nails were verrrrry unsanitary, coughing on my feet, trying to use dirty utensils and the towels she used had stains all over it. That’s disgusting, I have never been this unsatisfied. When she polished my toes I had finger nails polish all over my skin. She massage me with her wedding ring, almost bruising me!!! She barely gave me a pedicure.

This place could use some customer service skills. 2 of the 5 employees that were in the shop were really nice. They also do not have many regular polish colors which made it hard for me to choose.

Since my nail tech relocated I've been looking for a new salon & after trying one after another that failed to meet my expectations (quality & customer service) I decided to give this place a try tonight, even though I arrived 5 mins before closing everyone was extremely friendly & my nails are beautiful! I will be back!!

This place has horrible service. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in like most places and just assume how you want your nails done. I do not recommend them. I asked for a polish change which on the board says $5. She charged me for a manicure and a polish change so it was $18. I'm highly upset because I told her I did not want a manicure. I just wanted my nails painted.....

My experience was terrible! They didn’t greet me when I came in.
