Never going back here. I got my original acrylic set here and one fill in. The last fill in I had I spent around 36 dollars (that was with gel polish). I came in today to get a fill in and the guy I had was incredibly rude. He asked me what was under my nail. I got so confused.. he kept asking me and I explained to him that it's the liquid and the powder and I wanted gel polish. He rolled his eyes. Favorite nail salon! Very well priced and very quick. I got a super relaxing pedi and have had acrylic finger nails done many times there. Sometimes there is a wait but I don't mind, that just means they're running a good, busy business! They offer a great selection of polishes and gels along with special designs. If you are looking to get in an out, make an appointment a day or 2 in advance. The longest I've ever waited was 20 minutes, and it was worth it. They were extremely busy as well! Read Less

I went today as a walk in the host was great...I was seated and the guy doing my pedicure seemed in a rush. My pedicure maybe was 15-20 mins and I was out the chair when I said basic pedicure he laughed and started with my services. Throwing hints I asked why he didn't use the scraper to get the back of my feet he said I didn't need it but me knowing my feet I started looking at them and asked once again he said you don't need it. I left out feeling like I gave $25 away my nail polish was all over the corners and top of my toes and honestly my feet look as if they were only lotion well. I will not be going back! Read Less

Horrible! Called ahead to make sure they could take me in 30 minutes. Thought I was making an appointment but when I got there, they told me I had to wait 15 minutes. Literally every bit of 45 minutes later, I FINALLY got in a pedi chair. Then when I told the man that I now wanted just a trim and polish and no longer wanted a full pedi (due to the fact that I no longer had time) he got mad and told me that's not what I did on the phone, and then started talking about how I "had to pay." I told him I had no problem paying for the services I actually receive, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the TIME. Finally some lady starts to trim my toe nails and literally cuts the sides of my toe nails completely off and inward, so now my toe nails are way too narrow. I told him I wanted my toe nails shorter too, and he told me I couldn't get them any shorter. Then the owner tells me, if you don't like this, we can stop now and you can go somewhere else, after he has cut my toe nails and taken the polish off. I told him no, go ahead and finish polishing them. He puts two coats of color, and it looks streaky. Then I go to get my nails filled in and I thought everything was ok until he finished and I looked at my nails and there is a gap between my cuticles and the new nail color. A NOTICEABLE gap. I spent over two hours at this place and left pissed off and with nails/toe nails I don't even like/want...not to mention spent $98. Oh and they only had 3 people working on a Saturday and after me, every person that came in they turned away saying they didn't have enough time to service them. Not to mention they were the slowest nail techs I have ever seen in my entire life...and I'm not exaggerating. Please save your time and money!!!! Read Less

I been going since they opened only because they can curve my nails like I like.. Phoebe is greedy & need to hire ppl... its never no availability for walk ins!!!! not because its too many ppl. its because she want hire nobody... they do not take their valued customers serious.. just whoever spending the most money that day!!! I wish Mary would get her own shop!!!! I sit hours just got a repair because the nail lifted in 4 days...when I walked in Phoebe tried to make an appo...intment for me a repair... one nail no polish or nothing!!! but 10 mins later a girl came in wanted lashes she still ain't take me with repair, she took the girl in front of me.. like I was nothing because I was only spending 3$ and been coming here for yrs.. I stopped coming before because she would make appointments and start on me but run around doing 3 other things while I'm in chair but want ask nobody to wait for a second or try to give me a repair in between... if u ever go constantly every two weeks like I do..u will see it's sad... hire some help, stop being so greedy, with only 2 ppl that does everything you should only do appointments!!!! #REALsad... Everyone was very friendly but I don't feel they are very skilled in all the different techniques. I asked very specific questions about their services before making appointment because I am from out of town and couldn't get to my normal salon. I shared pictures and they ended up moving me 3 times before deciding who would do my nails. They don't do the technique I had requested and I had to settle for something else. The young lady tried to do something similar, but rushed very quickly Andy nails have spots that are uneven and the gel top coat, they use the old school kind, is missing on some spots. I will have to get them done over as soon as possible. I'm sure for simple manicures and pedicures they would be fine, but don't seem very knowledgeable in trending nail techniques. Read Less
