Absolutely loved my nails by Lisa. She was amazing. I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly. Lisa is also a perfectionist and made sure my nails were perfect before I left. She even agreed to work later so that I could get an appointment as they were very busy. The only thing that was a bit off putting was a woman who clearly worked there came in and starting shouting at one of the other girls. Maybe not the most professional thing to do when customers are in. However I walked out with beautiful nails so was more than happy! Read Less

Just went here for my first time. I received a brow and lip wax. It was quick, painless, and cheap. The woman who offered the services was friendly, sociable and knew stuff estheticians should know. I did not see any missed spots. No reservation needed. The 3 of us got in and out within 20 minutes tops. Great place if you need a quick wax. For those to whom it applies, they have 4 kids chairs in the pedicure area. Super cute. Read Less

This is by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. I got a full set and it was already chipping at the end of the day. The nail tech was so rough, she clipped my nail too much and it bled, she filed my nails so harshly, the skin around my nail bled. I asked for Coffin Shape and got an odd shape. The nail technician stopped in the middle of doing my nails and asked me to pay her before she paints my nails. She claims "It's easier that way". She never cleaned the glue from around my cuticles and didnt give me any instructions on drying my nails. Charged $30 for it. ridiculous. Read Less

Got my nails done today & I have to say it's the best French polish I've ever had from the lovely talented Debbie, she took the time & patience to make sure that my nails look very natural & they don't have that false look... Got my nails done here today by the lovely Sophie. The place is beautiful and the staff were lovely (with brilliant patter ). Will definitely be back! Only one small criticism regarding the shops manager who I found was slightly rude to 2 members of staff as she wasn't too pleased that the bins were a little too full. I totally appreciate that you want your shop to look tidy and professional (which it does btw), but a) the bin was only full as it being used by the girls as they were working, it was behind their desk totally out of my sight and I didn't even notice until you pointed it out and b) you should have took them aside and asked them politely to empty it as I felt you embarrassed them in front of me as a customer.
