Love the young man at #7 do no care for the Lady at # 4. She was very rough on nails and rude to all the customers I seen her wait on, including me. The wait time is usually pretty long but they have done good on the 3 sets I have gotten so far!

They were not rude but they don't conversate with you. Today the woman that did Samantha's nails was in a rush and was getting up and down trying to take care of payments and getting people set up for other techs and I just felt like that was kinda disrespectful to my daughter who was doing this for the first time! Then we get to looking at them to realize that one tor two nails are crooked and she used too much acrylic and the out come is very thick nails.... hard to work with. Then charged her $41 for a half a$$ job! I think it would have been a better experience and better job had the woman focused on the customer she's working with!

I have been coming here for several years. I'm pretty picky and Ty has been doing my mani/pedi for quite some time. Clean salon and staff is so friendly. Won't go anywhere else!

Say they have gel nails but give you acrylic . There is no such thing as gel power. Don't be fooled . Never going back again!

Staff very friendly and professional. Best nail salon ever. Nail techs do a wonderful job on manicures. Gel manicures look good.

My friend and I typically don't make reservations and just head out for pedicures after a long day at work. We hit up 3 other salons and were turned down before coming here. The place was very clean, the service was incredibly fast. We both had enjoyable pedicures. We will be back.

The first time I went there which was on Dec 22, 2016 and they didn't even push my cuticles back and all of my nails are uneven and crooked! I am very unhappy with my vist!

Had never been there before. Gel nails looked great when I left, literally lasted 5 days before they were coming up & snagging on my hair. Never again.

The only thing I found to be upsetting I'm diabetic and he kept digginginto my toes, very painful. After coming home I discovered that myheels were still scaly and before they were smooth. Overall it's a goodplace to have your nails done, I guess I just had bad experience. I havegone here for a long time.

I will not be going back to First Nails Salon. My daughter went to get a pedicure last week and the lady trimmed the skin around the nail and my daughter said she dug into it. It was sore when she left and it is still sore! She is in France now and will be there all summer doing alot of walking every day! I feel so bad for her b/c she did not have any trouble at all before going to the salon. I fear that she has an ingrown nail because of the way it was trimmed, or an infection from the salon. I am not with her so I cannot say. Now she may have to find a doctor in France to have her toe checked. This same salon filed and scraped my fingernails so thin that it caused my nails to be sore, and the white part of the end of my natural nail grew wider. Never going back.
