i Would never recommend this place to anyone! The girl was so rude I’ve never been anywhere that I was treated so badly! I too work with the public and wouldn’t dream of treating a client or anyone the way she did! It will take 6 months before my nails will ever be okay she made sure of that! I think she thought it was funny! I will not hesitate to drive to Winston from now on!!!!

Have been going for about a year for pedicures, loved it at first. Last time I went I accidentally hit my toe and messed the polish up. The lady that painted my toenails was very hateful when she had to repaint it. Also, they all stay on their phones even while giving you a pedicure! They took personal phone calls, video calls, and texts while you just sit there and wait for them to start your pedicure and during your pedicure...which in my opinion is very unprofessional!

If this is place in Lowes shopping center I agree. Went there for two pedicures and manicure. Needed acrylic on thumb nails guy tried but didn't know how to do the acrylic and person came to show him...
If this is place in Lowes shopping center I agree. Went there for two pedicures and manicure. Needed acrylic on thumb nails guy tried but didn't know how to do the acrylic and person came to show him how and ended up applying herself. He didn't know how to finish. Basically cut my nails and polished. Not a real manicure. One tech constantly coughing. Pedicure was just ok. My husband's was ok but tech cut his cuticles and made him bleed. Would not go back. Too bad.

Horrible! The serice was very unprofessional. Did not understand what I wanted and did exactly what I did not want. Lady got hateful! Will not recommended to anyone and will never go back! Does no one...

I used to come here for about a year...my favorite techs quit and most of the ones there now all look so sad including the owner. No one smiles...sad place. Service not the same. I found a new place c...
I used to come here for about a year...my favorite techs quit and most of the ones there now all look so sad including the owner. No one smiles...sad place. Service not the same. I found a new place called California Nails in Mount Airy-under new management. .....Kim does a great job with my nails. She is friendly and smiles and chats with you. & awesome atmosphere

i Would never recommend this place to anyone! The girl was so rude I’ve never been anywhere that I was treated so badly! I too work with the public and wouldn’t dream of treating a client or anyone the way she did! It will take 6 months before my nails will ever be okay she made sure of that!
