First and only time I will come here. They did a horrible job on my eyebrows. I requested a simple arched brow (really just a clean up of my brows) and she did the worst wax I've ever had. It was so bad I went to another shop right after to get it fixed. And she never even apologized when she saw how bad it was. My arch liked like the eyebrows on a mean emoji . This place was horrible. My nail technician didn't even scrub my feet to remove the dry skin. My friend also had to repeatedly tell the woman to not scrub her foot because of a blister, and the technician did not listen/could not understand. TRASH! I've been twice. The first time I had a gel fill-in b/c it's near my job and I didn't have time to go to my regular salon. My nails were sub par and the tech made my finger bleed. The 2nd time I had a pedicure b/c who can mess up a pedicure, right? WRONG! The tech cut my toenails short (as requested) and then proceeded to file very hard. I had to stop her and tell her she was hurting me. I decided to watch a show on my phone while being serviced and next thing I know, I look down and my toenails are shaped round from where she filed them (looks terrible). So I am new to the area and I was looking for a quick nail salon for a pedicure. As I walked in I immediately knew this was not going to be spa quality so I lowered my expectations and picked out my nail polish. The lady who did my toe nails was nice but she didn't introduce herself so I don't know here name. She was wearing a quite interesting shirt. It was basically see through so I asked her if she was going out later but I don't think she got what I was saying. Her English seemed a little shaky which is not a problem because I was there for a pedicure not for conversation. Any who I digressed. The pedicure bowl was interesting it was covered with a plastic trash bag wrap (I guess this is how they keep things clean) and when I put my feet in the bowl, the water was lukewarm to even a bit cold for my likings but like I said I lowered my expectations. So she proceeds to get ready to start and I was thinking your not even going to ask me if I wanted any wine or water at the least. She then said they only had white or red wine. So I finally got my wine and tried to relax a little but the pedicure was so fast I didn't get much time for me. She barely scrubbed the calluses of my heels and absolutely no massage. I was like dang this is it for $38.00. I knew then I would not be coming back. I am still on the hunt for a great nail salon this one just didn't cut it. I have found my new nail salon! Pleasant staff, comfortable environment, excellent pedicure. The price is great and so is the service. The pedicure bowls are lined and the entire salon is clean and peaceful. So happy to have found a new salon! Read Less

Called in for an appointment for a gel mani + cucumber pedi...the pedicure was amazing because my technician took her time, but I later realized she did not polish both my hands & feet very well.... I was pretty disappointed, but I'd have to at least give credit on the long pedicure massage. Read Less

Went today to get nails done. It is wonderful. Had nails done elsewhere  and needed to be fixed . They look  so good now. They take there time. Also did wax which was great. I will drive the 30 min to get there it is worth the money. Read Less

I went to Top Polish Nails for a fill-in (original set was from a totally different salon company). Tracy looked at my nail and offered suggestions for repair. She did a wonderful job. The location is new, clean and relaxing. I will be going back. Even a male coworker went for a pedicure and he loved it! Keep up the good work! Read Less
