I've been coming to this salon on and off for 2 years, and for the past 6 months the only one because my other one changed management and increased prices through the roof. I thought he prices were fair but I felt I was an inconvenience. I've been to this salon about four or five times in the past two months. Pedicure and a regular nail paint, nail paints and gel nail paint today. First one - amazing, not rushed and the lady helped me find a new color since mine was too clear. Second one was the first down hill. I'm assuming a higher up lady kept interrupting my polish that should take 10-15 minutes TOPS, she pulled her away from my hands and kept pointing at her phone, that was more important than my nails that needed to get done so they could dry. The one doing my nails picked up her phone right above my unfinished nails!
Now today, I give them kudos Bc they were nice and brought me both of the gel nail colors because i couldn't decide. Once I told her I wasn't interested in acrylics JUST the gel polish it became rushed. I get that they speak their language and that's fine with me, but it felt they were talking about me and how I only wanted the gel polish and nothing more. I'm a weightlifter and I work at a dog kennel - all I needed was nice nails for graduation. She rushed me. Didn't let the lights finish their cycle. I felt as if I was an inconvenience.
Bottom line - they want you in, take your money and get out.

I came at the end of the day needing several services. They accommodated me with a smile and positivity, helping with color selection. This was probably the best foot massage I’ve had at a salon! And when I realized the regular color on my feet didn’t quite match the gel color on my hands (color in pairing was just slightly off, not salon’s fault) because of the special occasion this trip was for, they fixed it for me even though they had already closed for the night! Awesome service!!

If you go, pay before you get your service done. When I walked in, I asked for gel color, which is $20. When I sat down, the employee asked if I was getting a gel manicure and I said just color. A few minutes later, she asked if I was sure I didn’t want a gel manicure and I said yes. Having not gotten one before, I didn’t know what was different. At the end, she told me it was $30, the price of the gel manicure.
If you’re going to give everyone a manicure and charge them for it, don’t offer the gel color. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

She was very friendly and funny too! Her skills in nails and waxing are above par. I left with a smile on my face. Thank you Hannah for some pampering time. You made me feel welcomed and beautiful!

Love this spa! Always get great service and quality care for my nails here. Very clean, and cheerful bright atmosphere. June does a great job and keeps things joyful. I appreciate the consistency with both natural nail care as well as acrylic and gel services. They also do well with eyebrows! Highly reccomended this little gem in Park West.

I felt uncomfortable and slightly embarrassed the whole time because John, the guy that did my pedicure was rude when acknowledging that it had been a while since my last pedicure, instead of asking questions or giving a helpful suggestion. I don't expect a "pedi education session", but making faces (and lord only knows what he said in his language to his co-workers) are unacceptable for what should be a relaxing time when my feet were just dry...gimme a break, my name ain't Myra (for those that remember that Martin episode)!! Won't be coming back, good day, first and last time!😘 (and the lady next to me said that this will probably be her first and last time also)

I wasn't impressed with this nail salon before, but I tried one more time. I went in today to get a pedi and mentioned that I wanted a manicure but didn't have time. I was told that they could do "both at the same time". Assuming they meant two different technicians, so I agreed. Well, they clearly meant they were just going to have one guy rush through both services. He pulled my cuticles so roughly I was bleeding for 5 minutes. Also, this is the second time I have gotten a manicure at this location where they did not file or shape my nails. They let the shape stay as is with rough edges.
I hope this place turns around on the quality, as its location is convenient, but I am not sure it is worth another try.

I am giving this nail salon 5 stars because of MY experience there. I've only been one time and it was one of the best manicures I've ever had. I did have to wait about 15 minutes, but, I did not make an appt. I was offered something to drink every 5 minutes, while I waited. I really want to thank TINA for doing such a nice job. My manicure lasted 7 days without chipping!! (....and it was just a $15 basic manicure. No gel.) I will DEFINITELY return next time I visit Morrisville. I want to use the $5 off coupon I was given on my way out. Thank you!! See you again.

The customer service I experienced was noticeably different than the customer service the other patrons received. No one greeted me at the door. Others were offered a beverage but not me. I explained I was new to area and I was looking for a new salon. That didn't make a difference. The nail tech was rude to me. He burned my cuticles and roughly snatched my hand around. He rushed through the service and made my experience terrifying not knowing if my fingers were going to bleed. And as I sat there and waited for my nails to dry. I watched him smile and chit chat with the next client. My nails were mediocre at most. I will never go back and I would not recommend to anyone.

Today I visited this salon to get a polish change on my toes and gel polish on my nails. I've gotten my nails done here one other time and had terrible service. The technician that worked on my toenails was very nice but she did a terrible job cutting down and shaping my nails. They were re-done 3 times before another tech took over. The manager came over and just looked, then walked away. The second tech had a very bad attitude and cut me with her own nails. The finished product was sloppy and my fingernails look like it's time to get a polish change already. This nail salon is very unprofessional, rude, and lacks quality. The manager didn't address anything, he just took my card, swiped, and walked away. I won't be going back.

I've been coming to this salon on and off for 2 years, and for the past 6 months the only one because my other one changed management and increased prices through the roof. I thought he prices were fair but I felt I was an inconvenience. I've been to this salon about four or five times in the past two months. Pedicure and a regular nail paint, nail paints and gel nail paint today. First one - amazing, not rushed and the lady helped me find a new color since mine was too clear. I came at the end of the day needing several services. They accommodated me with a smile and positivity, helping with color selection. This was probably the best foot massage I’ve had at a salon! I am giving this nail salon 5 stars because of MY experience there. I've only been one time and it was one of the best manicures I've ever had. I did have to wait about 15 minutes, but, I did not make an appt. I was offered something to drink every 5 minutes, while I waited. I really want to thank TINA for doing such a nice job. Today I visited this salon to get a polish change on my toes and gel polish on my nails. I've gotten my nails done here one other time and had terrible service. The technician that worked on my toenails was very nice but she did a terrible job cutting down and shaping my nails. They were re-done 3 times before another tech took over.
