I opted to give this place a try because it’s closer to my house than my regular salon. The environment is great! Quiet, relaxing and very modern. Beautifully decorated but to me that isn’t the only reason you visit a nail salon. The quality of the nail work I received was lacking. Firstly, she didn’t do any work on my cuticles and claimed she buffed them out with a file instead of using the appropriate tool which resulted in very messy paint edges with my gel polish. The end of my nails are jagged from the filing job that was done. It doesn’t even look as though I just got a manicure. The manicure and pedicure were both done very rough, not how it normally is. Disappointing because the lady was very nice, however the work was not worth what I paid. I will likely need to go back to my regular salon to have my nails redone. Bummer because of the location and atmosphere. Maybe I caught the tech on a bad day or she is inexperienced, however after $75 I expected better. You will get high quality products here and I hope I just caught them on a bad day because seems like it has the potential to be a great place. Read Less

I love this nail salon and I have enjoyed the great nails by nail stylist Debbie. I get the signature mani pedi when I want to treat myself to a wonderful afternoon and Debbie does a wonderful job, I always leave feeling wonderful. In addition I take advantage of the waxing and eyelash services while I am there. Beautiful salon, friendly staff and offering a beverage or glass of wine while you are being pampered. I received my first lash lift from Quinn and I am IN LOVE! My favorite makeup item is mascara and this just made my love grow even more! My friend Jessi posted a review about our experience. I just want to echo that and say I am so disappointed 1) appointments are offered and not honored. We're both busy moms who carved time out of our day and found sitters for our children only to wait and wait some more and 2) this beautiful new salon just opened literally around the corner from my home and I don't know that I'd ever risk my time with going back. I hope things straighten out. It was NOT ok to see an employee stroll in after another woman had clearly been waiting awhile as well for her pedicure and overhear said employee complaining about how crazy her day was. I can't say that I've ever honestly experienced such unprofessionalism at a nail salon ever. We were even told we'd have to wait longer and when we said we needed to get going (again, children, sitters...time ticking) we weren't even offered ANY type of compensation. Poor business practice. Someone should have called us to reschedule or should've been upfront and honest when we walked in so we could've gone somewhere else. After all, as customers, we both received email AND texts requesting confirmation of our appointments. It's a two way street guys. What a disappointment. I've never gotten a lash lift and tint before and was a little scared at first. Quinn reassured me everything was going to be okay and safe. She walked me through the whole process and after care but most of all made me feel completely relaxed.I absolutely love my lashes! They make a world of a difference and saves me so much time in the morning when getting ready. All I need is a little concealer and I'm out the door. Quinn also waxed my brows and they are the best brows I've ever had! I love that she kept them on the fuller side, gave me a sexy ass arch, AND showed me how to fill in my sparse areas. I can't recommend Quinn and the lash lift and tint enough, especially if you're a low maintenance girl like me you'll love it! Oh and the hand and scalp massage you get with it is out of this world! I liked that this nail salon uses liners for their pedicures. It's a must for me to go anywhere! But it was pretty overpriced for the service I received. I've had better for sure. But my mom and I enjoyed it anyways. Read Less

Wasn't happy with this place at all. They are way too crowded, rush through the process, and concurrently rush you right out. They also pressure you to get the gel nails but don't tell you how very very bad for your nails it is. Will not go here again. They overcharge ALOT. I went to K nails who has bad reviews because I've been there numerous times and they fixed what BB nails had done. Will not come back to BB Nails. Read Less
