I got a set at another place (that I won't name) before this one, and they were pretty rough. Would give 6 stars if I could! The interior is beautiful and relaxing with a wide array of services and different polish colors. Cosmo Nails also has convenient hours that will work around your work schedule. What truly makes Cosmo Spa and Nails a cut above the rest is the fabulous staff. The owner is delightful and goes above and beyond to help her clients resolve their issues. I came in in a grumpy mood- due to a chip that happened in a gel polish right after I left- twice, and she was extremely helpful, kind, and considerate even though I was frustrated. My apologies to the wonderful Lucy and the rest of the great staff at Cosmo Nails! They deserve more than a 100% score when it comes to customer service! They always make me look and feel fabulous. Nicest business I've had the pleasure of patronizing & my favorite nail salon! I am a regular and love everything about this place. Everyone is so sweet and do their best to give you exactly what you want. It is constantly busy which says a lot about a nail place and they are great about getting you in as soon as possible. Lucy gives the best massages! Why did I spend $70 not even 2 days ago and my nails are already starting to fall off. This was supposed to be a Birthday present as my fiancee paid for it and they don't even last 1 week. I PAID EXTRA FOR GEL SO THEY'D STAY LONGER NOT FALL OFF WTF Someone from this store needs to give me a call TOMORROW to fix this! I leave on a flight at 6:30pm So I'd like it fixed before I leave. I had the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done! I spent 3 hours, THREE, only to have every one of my nails shaped differently. I had chosen a medium toned purple with sparkles and was given black with sparkles and told that because I am a hair dresser I should have dark nails! When I expressed that I was displeased with the shape of my nails I was told I was "too difficult"; I have stiletto shaped nails! I came in for the slightest fill in and didn't even have my nails cut down so the shape was already there for her to copy and they still faltered! I was shown no guest service while everyone else coming in to the salon received warm welcomes! By far the worst experience I have ever had! I would not recommend wasting your money here. Read Less

SUCH AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! What a breath of fresh air to visit a nail salon and be treated with such attentiveness. I made a same day appointment and my nail tech was ready as soon as I walked in the door. Joanne was very sweet and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I got an acrylic fill and she made sure the length and shape were what I was looking for and even did a 3rd coat of color so ur came out perfectly even. This is the only place that I come visit to get my nails slayed in the triangle. Lucy is the absolute best. She is professional, takes pride in her work and makes sure her and all of her staff gives excellent customer service. I am VERY particular with my nails and yet, I have never left this shop unsatisfied. The nails are always beautiful and long lasting. I'm slightly saddened that we are moving to another state. The whole Deluxe pedicure procedure took only 1 hour. In other places I was getting similar treatments for 2 hours, because steps were more thorough and ex. scrubbing - longer. And then I had to sit half of an hour just to wait for my nails to dry! While there are a lot of modern solutions allowing to dry polisher much faster..Quality-wise - I was not asked how short to cut, which shape to make. At the end I've got all nails different. Cuticles weren't pushed enough and was cut unevenly. Toe was smashed and not noted until I pointed that out (was repolished).Prices are different from what's on the website. Well, procedure price were the same, but there was no mentioning that Vinylux (not shellac!) is +$5 (while the whole bottle costs $10), calluses are additional $3 (for classic treatment).The only good thing - personnel is nice. I live in Cary and have been a regular customer of Cosmo Spa and Nails in Morrisville for two years. The services that are normally provided to me included gel fill, nail art, pedicure, and brow wax. The staff is superb and customer service is outstanding. When I go shopping, I continually receive compliments on each manicure that I receive and highly recommend this salon. Read Less
