I had Helen, she's super nice BUT I feel like she rushed through my nails, as a result they look horrible. I still had lots of nail file dust around my cuticles, she proceeded to paint my nails anyway and they look rough around the edges, no cuticle oil was put on my nails when I was done. Very happy with the gel nails I had done last week. $40 well spent. Be prepared to wait tho whether walk-in or appointment. Their location is inside Wal-Mart and was very busy that day, which is a good sign lol. Service was attentive without being to chatty. If I lived in the area, I would def be a repeat customer. I have been going here for a while I spend a lot of money here I'm always patient they always have me waiting or charge me different prices just because my nails are a little longer that's the excuse but other people have similar length and are paying regular price. They treat me different from other customers there extra friendly to them and will stop doing my nails to go arch eyebrows or something but I never complained until Mike started acting rude towards me because I guess he doesn't want to be bothered with my nails. When it's time for a new set they are in a hurry so instead of letting my nails soak they are ripping them off damaging my nail but I thinking there professionals so maybe that's the best way I guess. Then they have inexperienced workers who are playing over your nails and can't even do nails correctly or get the length and shape the same But this takes the cake I go in one evening asking for a new set they were a little busy so Mike gets mad at me or have a frustrated look cause I came and there tryna get me to come tomorrow but it's my birthday in a few days so I wanted to get my nails done early but since they were so pushy I just called around and went somewhere else to get my nails taken off and a new set I get to the other shop the guy is looking at my nails and says you have fungus really bad your nails are really bad if you don't get them treated now you want have any nails soon my face dropped! So regal nails has been doing my nails taking my money and never mentioned I had a nail fungus on majority of my nails, when he took my nails off my nails where basically cracked nail was soooo damaged but I thought about when Helen did my nails last she put glue directly on my nails and a brown bubble formed instantly she acted like it wasn't important because she wanted my money but I kept asking does it suppose to do that she like yeah it's fine smiling in my face knowing my nails where infected. I have went to this place twice! Both time they rush to get your nails done first of all! Second of all I have gel polish that should last two weeks and it starts peeling off not even a week after getting them done! Also my nails start to chip and break at the same time! I was a regular customer here for years until.... I was getting a pedicure and fill in and had the most terrible customer experience EVER! I accidentally jerked a little because i guess she hit a sensitive spot when she was filing my nail and she took the nail file and wrapped me across the top of my foot. It was so embarrassing and disrespectful. All the other customers and associates mouths were hanging open in shock. As if that wasn't enough she "popped" me with a metal utensil again bc i smudged polish. I called "Corporate" & she said she would look in to it; didn't offer my money back. It seemed to me that this place really focuses on QUANTITY and not QUALITY. Its all about get you out the door fast so the next one can get in. Unfortunately the outcome suffers greatly.
