My daughter and I went for a special day to get ready for her graduation from nursing school. We booked 2mani's and 2pedi's. However, apparently whoever took the booking only put one and one. So, we had an hour or so in between our appointments. Sucks, but not a big deal.
First, we were upsold the "better" pedicure with the "long" massage and was told it was only $5 extra. Okay, sounds great! It was NOT a longer massage! All they did different was put some exfoliator on and a hot towel!
Big deal!
Then, my daughter, gave the lady a picture of the special nail design she wanted to match her school colors, however she wanted a coffin design instead. She said no problem. They were SUPPOSED to be a coffin shape, but they were all uneven and terrible so my daughter just said to round them off. The lady that did it (very short hair) acted like they looked great and she was insulted that my daughter didn't like the shape! (It was horribly uneven!) Then, she completely screwed up the design! My daughter was devastated and didn't say anything and just wanted to hurry up and leave. I go to pay, come to find out they charged up an extra $15 per pedicure, not $5 like they told us. Also, even though they advertised 10% off they refused, saying it ended months ago! (I just checked and it is still current, even today) We paid and left saying we would just never go back!
2 weeks later, we go for a refill at another nail salon. They take off her dip, and MY DAUGHTER HAS A HUGE BACTERIAL INFECTION!!!!! They say it only happens if the nails are done poorly or you keep them on way too long. It was exactly 2 weeks and the infection was giant! I paid $250 for 2 mani/pedis and one infection!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

In town visiting family which has become a routine. Normally I get my nails done before coming but didn't have time this go round. Found this location by reviews but extremely disappointed......I called first to ask if they have the gel strengthener base coat, was assured they did & advised I needed a gel manicure since the gel currently on my fingers was lifting & catching on things. She quoted me $30 over the phone which is about what I normally pay so was pleased. I get there & the place was a disaster. Looked like they started some sort of remodel but never finished which isn't a major issue but makes you feel uncomfortable. Next, she starts on my fingers & then goes into a spill on SNS; fine but stopped abruptly & put her hands in her lap when I started asking a couple of questions saying she can't continue since a manicure isn't included with it. Told her I was just asking but wanted the gel. Again, no biggie til I hear another employee giving the EXACT same word for word sale spill . She finishes, I go to cash out & was told it wasn't $45, $15 more than I was told over the phone. $5 was a design fee, that was fine, but then was told it was $10 for a soak off. All I could do was look at her, look at the sign which didn't list this anywhere......First: have never paid for a soak off unless I'm completely removing them & not reapplying Second: why wasn't this advised when services were started?? I will NOT be going back & certainly won't recommend to family which has a large group of friends are town. Word of mouth spreads fast & customers should always be advised if there are additional costs above services requested; especially if not listed on your menu

I made a appointment with Danny, on 02/13/18. First he didn’t really speak to me, but talk to the other workers about is weekend. Very rough with the nail file, I felt the heat off it. I almost said something, normally I would. Then painting he rushed through, and shoved my hands away. It’s Been 2 days and I have a chip in my polish. I do not think I will be going here again. Not good service and quality of work .

The only place I will go to get my nails done! I have been going to this salon for over 3 years and love the family feel I receive from the moment I walk in. Super clean!!! What I love the most is that I can walk in with ideas or more than one photo and they work their magic. There's a reason I book my appointments months in advance!!!! Will be a customer until I move out of NC!!! Then I'll fly Vanessa out :)

Just moved to Mooresville and came here for a pedicure last month. The service was super friendly and my nail technician was really fun to chat with while she worked on my toes. Unfortunately, I was a bit creeped out by the appearance of the place. It looked like it hadn't gotten a good scrubbing in a while. Walls needed some repair/paint. My massage chair control had a broken screen and the chair side tables were covered in a lot of crusty dirt from previous customers. At a minimum one would expect the chair tables to be wiped off. Made me really worried about the cleanliness of the foot tub since they don't use plastic liners. I asked about their cleaning procedure and I was assured they disinfect the tubs well between customers. My toes looked great and I was given time to relax as they dried. The folks running the place that night were all very young and fun, but could have spent some time cleaning instead of chatting. I really wanted to like this place since it's close to home, but I won't be returning.

Top quality products and and supplies.They are like family when I come and always take care of me I , I recommend them and you should go and visit as well

First time visiting this nail salon and absolutely love it! Very relaxed and friendly. Called in the morning to make an appointment and they got me in for the afternoon, I did had a little wait but it wasn't outrageous and Venessa apologized many times for it. The wait was definitely worth the results thought! Absolutely love my nails!

I called on short notice, they got me in same day, during my lunch break for a gel manicure, and were super sweet. It was quick...I was in, out, and back to work within an hour and they did an excelle...

I've been going to Polished for a while now and I will never go to another nail salon! Venessa is the absolute greatest. The service is great they have a wide variety of polishes and Venessa can do pretty much anything you ask for. I have been to just about every nail salon in the Mooresville area and this salon is number one. The prices are reasonable as well. Loveeee it!

Not impressed. I got a messy, rushed pedicure. I even had to ask to get the polish cleaned up that was on my foot and all around my nails. I've heard good things about the salon, but wouldn't go back based off of my first experience. Plenty of more salons in the area that value the customer service and experience.

Best nail salon I have ever been to!! they have the best collection of polish I've ever seen. I got a pedi and a full set and I loved it, they took there time and everybody was really nice. My nails are awesome, the design is perfect and my feet feel great. I was a little skeptical trying out a new place but I'm glad I did, because now I won't be going anywhere else, I found my new nail spot!!

My daughter and I went for a special day to get ready for her graduation from nursing school. We booked 2mani's and 2pedi's. However, apparently whoever took the booking only put one and one. So, we had an hour or so in between our appointments. Sucks, but not a big deal.

I almost said something, normally I would. Then painting he rushed through, and shoved my hands away. It’s Been 2 days and I have a chip in my polish. I do not think I will be going here again. Not good service and quality of work .

The only place I will go to get my nails done! I have been going to this salon for over 3 years and love the family feel I receive from the moment I walk in. Super clean!!! What I love the most is that I can walk in with ideas or more than one photo and they work their magic. There's a reason I book my appointments months in advance!!!! Just moved to Mooresville and came here for a pedicure last month. The service was super friendly and my nail technician was really fun to chat with while she worked on my toes. Unfortunately, I was a bit creeped out by the appearance of the place. It looked like it hadn't gotten a good scrubbing in a while. Walls needed some repair/paint. Danny does a great job as well .Vanny does excellent pedicures. Top quality products and and supplies.They are like family when I come and always take care of me I , I recommend them and you should go and visit as well

I've been going to Polished for a while now and I will never go to another nail salon! Venessa is the absolute greatest. The service is great they have a wide variety of polishes and Venessa can do pretty much anything you ask for. I have been to just about every nail salon in the Mooresville area and this salon is number one. The prices are reasonable as well. Loveeee it!
