I was iffy about coming in here because of the reviews but my grandpa actually recommended it to me. He appreciates when people speak English and he can’t do his toes anymore so this is where he comes. Well I got him a gift certificate here and they were so nice and clean I decided that the day following I’d get my nails. I got there at 9:40 and they saw me right away. I had Yvette and I LOVED her!!!! I hate when people do the whole small talk thing I just want my nails done and leave me alone you know? She was perfect. I got a French Gel Mani and honestly I think everywhere I’ve been going has a thing or two to learn from this woman she did the best French nails I have ever seen! Perfect literally I am so pleased!!!! Everything she used came straight from the sanitation station in the back everything looked clean and new. My bill came to $35 and if I had more cash on me I would’ve given her more than the lousy $10 tip she deserved it. For as long as Yvette is doing nails here I will keep coming back. Love this place! They have so many options to choose from in the pedicure department and aren't rude if you don't want to upgrade. They take their time and do a fantastic job.The complimentary drinks and iPads at every station are the icing on the cake.I've never had a bad experience and always leave feeling like I got my money's worth. It wasn't awful...but I brought my mom, sister in law, and niece here for gel manicures when they were in town visiting and within three days their polish was chipping and peeling right off. They were a little pushy and tried to get us to buy services we didn't want and tried to push my mom to cut her natural nails when she didn't want to. They fixed the nails when we went back in with no problems (two other ppl were there for nail fixes as well), but I will not be going back. Read Less

I told myself I'd never go here again and right before my vacation it was the only place available to do a full set and pedicure. I decided to give it one more try and boy I wish i had just saved my money. There is an older lady that does pedicures and I ALWAYS seem to get her, she is the absolute worst at pedicures and she doesn't even look at your feet while giving you one! No massage and she cut me with clippers badly because she wasn't paying attention. Then I went over to one of the guys for my full set and he DIDN'T FILE ONE SINGLE TIME! I mean really, that's like the #1 thing they do when you get a full set is file for like 30mins. My nails were so ugly and thick and were starting to come off after 1 week. I had to go get them fully redone while on vacation. If I could give this place a negative 20 rating I would. Worst place ever and I have no clue how they're still open! Read Less

Sorry to bring the average down, but my personal experience was a two-star one.Hubby generously agreed to get a pedi for the first time with me, so we called for an appointment. We only had to wait 5 mins upon arrival to sit down. My husband's pedi was  awful... and I knew it watching. I was left to soak the entire duration of his pedi (annoying because walk ins were taken care of before me).He had clipped his nails days earlier, but the lady clipped his to the nub anyone on (one foot only because she cut him and learned she prob didn't need to...) She didn't speak much English which is fine, but she also couldn't read his body language.  After clipping she filed him - which meant, she filed his skin! He cringed the entire time jumping every time he was nicked. Ugh.Since they charge the same amount for men and women, they should have given him a better massage or exfoliation than the half-hearted one he got.My experience was fine. It was just ok. I brought my own polish, and my pedi included a 60 second massage per leg. The chairs worked fine, but the varnish was peeling off. They're dated. No drinks were offered. No priority for appointments. And the smell was awful. My eyes were BURNING! Read Less

Don't understand why they have a kids chair in there when they make every excuse in the book to not do your daughters nails, and then refuse and put the nail polish back that she had picked out! Terrible service. I've tried many times to like this place but today sealed the deal. Sat in the chair for 15 minutes with my feet soaking while I watched the woman (Linda?) who was supposed to be doing my nails scrubbing other stations, picking up towels, and anything that didn't include helping me. This was after 2 customers came in after me were helped before me and they didn't have appointments. There are a couple good technicians here but the service is more frustrating than it's worth. I recently moved back to Mooresville earlier this year and this is honestly the first great experience I've had. Aaron was very kind and knowledgeable, explaining to me what was being done wrong to my nails by previous technicians in a very professional manner without bashing other shops. He did my nails exactly the way I asked him to, which I've had problems with in the past. Everyone in the shop was very professional and kind. They definitely have a new regular! Read Less

I moved here 3 yrs ago and love this salon.   I had tried other salons with very bad experiences.  Amy is the owner, she speaks beautiful English and does such Quality work.  It is a clean salon that carefully sterilizes the tools they use    Prices are fair and the work is just wonderful. This is a great nail salon to go to!! Everyone is always nice and friendly!! They do a great job with nails and the pedicures are amazing. The owner did an eyebrow wax and tint on my eyebrows and I was very impressed. Aaron is an awesome nail tech, so good with nail designs and shaping of the nails, which is so hard to find at nail salons. I highly recommend this place!!! I decided to try this salon based on the 5 star rating, huge mistake.... Yelp! The worst experience I've ever had in getting a pedi and acrylic nails. I  paid top dollar for the salons most luxurious pedi that lasted 10-15 minutes,  half  polished toe nails, toe nails weren't even filed straight! My acrylic nails were so thick, uneven, and partially painted, I kept my nails hidden when out in public. I was so embarrassed with my nails I had to have them removed/redone as soon as the plane landed in Puerto Rico  (I left the next day on vacation). I did not speak up I didn't want to cause a scene. The  salon was busy, the lady who did my nails was more interested in starting on her next appointment,  I wanted out of there. A $130.00 lesson for me. We had a pretty terrible experience here and I don't recommend it. We made an appt for 3 mani/ pedis and when we showed up no one greeted us or told us anything more than pick your color. The place smells very strongly of acetone to the point that we considered leaving. Once we picked our polish, we sat and waited 30 mins to get in and they sat us all separately. What's the point of making an appt?! The nail people were really unprofessional and loudly talking to each other. My pedicure was just ok and my manicure was worse. I had gel on from a previous manicure. She didn't file off the top coat so after soaking them, they didn't come off easily. Instead of soaking them longer she aggressively picked the polish off, damaging my nails. She didn't push my cuticles back and because I picked a light color she wasn't careful about her painting job. We were there over 2 hrs, but since they started us late and it was close to closing time they did a rush job on all of our manicures. I'm used to gel lasting 2-3 weeks but my gel is already chipping badly 3 DAYS later!!! I will never be back- what a waste of money. Read Less

Was told a simple non-gel manicure would a 10 minute wait. An hour and a half later and my nails are still drying. Everyone that came in was told a " 10 minute" wait. It was very rushed an looks home done. Unfortunately I was very underwhelmed with my experience. Read Less

I was greeted when I walked in and one of the nail techs warned me there was a 20 min wait and I said I would wait. Ladies kept coming in after me which shows this place is busy. They were short in staff when I went so they were running behind. They offered me a drink which most places don't do. When it was my turn for my pedicure my nail tech asked if I was comfortable, if it was too cold in the room, and if my water was a good temp for my feet. I chose the spa pedicure and it was the best pedicure I ever had! She did my manicure at the nail bar (something new for me). I enjoyed my time there I felt relaxed and my tech did a great job. I went here based on the good reviews. My experience was not that great.  Got a halfway manicure done half heartedly and a very bad gel nail application.  Gel color left on a lot of skin surface areas. I had told the tech that I had smeared a little in the curing machine and she told me "don't worrry" assuming that meant she could fix it as this happens from time to time in the curing machine. I never bother to review nail salons but this place deserves a mention! I wasn't greeted but I was there early and I noticed more staff started rolling in as it got later. All of the staff members were friendly and customer driven, unlike some places I've been. They ask if you like what they've done and will gladly accommodate any requests. They offered me a complimentary beverage multiple times. What I received: a spa pedicure and gel polish manicure. I'll mention that they have 3 pedicure options and I chose the mid-level which was $35 and I felt that this is a great value. From memory, there is the usual pedicure services along with a salt scrub massage, sugar scrub massage, mentholated mask, oil massage and lotion massage. It was hands down the best pedicure I've had. Those added services made it feel like I was at a spa. If you're in a time crunch, I would not chose this option. I was in the pedi chair for a solid hour and that was perfect for me, because I came in to be pampered not rushed. You will not be able to receive this level of pedi in a shorter time. As for the gel manicure, they have a great deal of color options. They have a gel bar where you sit for the mani and polish which I thought was comparable to upscale salons. The mani and polish are very good quality. I had to do a bit of filing when I got home so I wouldn't say it was perfect, but this isn't a huge deal, because this is common for me. This was a quicker service, approximately 30 minutes. Overall, I believe they deserve the 5 star rating they have and I will gladly return for future services. The salon looks very modern and upscale with a relaxing atmosphere. The spa pedicure was one the best I've ever had with a lot of extras. The staff is extremely nice. Great place to come for a relaxing pedicure and I will be going back for pedicures. Read Less

I have been going to this place off and on since moving to Mooresville. After today I wont go back. The girl who did my nails, Hang, was rude and condescending. Also, she charged me 25 bucks for a fill-in and two Weeks before I paid 20. When I asked she just shrugged. She didn't tell me how much til after she rang me up. Save your money and time! Read Less
