Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. She didn’t apply my nail right. She made my acrylic so thick, the acrylic. The paint job was horrible and messy. The clearcoat after put on changed with the color of my nails polish and made it look funky and old and brownish. Her attitude was rude and her English was horrible. I will never go here again. Went in with my grandmother for a manicure and pedicure. Sat down to get pedicure and the owner was pacing back and forth eyeing me and my grandmother. I was telling the tech I wanted to do the dip powder on my nails and the owner said you want dip powder and I said "yes but my nails are short can you look at my nails and tell me if I need to put a tip on." So I reach my hand out and she said "I don't know maybe you do" so I said "don't you do nails?" and she kept walking. I knew at that moment I wasn't welcomed and will not be coming back. The techs that did our pedicure were nice however they lacked skills. My toe polish is not smooth and I had to correct the tech. I will never go back. I was not welcomed and left dissatisfied. Service poor owner walking around like the Queen , wanted a pedicure/manicure asked her a question she got smart. Was getting pedicure. Never got feet scrubbed. Got toes painted. Look like a four yr old did it. Only one customer in shop. Owner was by her off n on the hole time. If u r a black person I advise u please don’t go there. If she said one more word to us. Her feelings would have been really hurting. I will never ever go there again. My money will be spent where it’s wanted. Not just give away. The cost was $20 but I got a $2 job. I would NOT recommend this nail salon to anybody. My best friend and I went in today for two gel manicures and a gel pedicure. With nobody ahead of us (in line) we waited 40 min. My best friend was seen before due to the fact she was getting a mani and pedicure. Minutes later, they left my hands soaking in alcohol for what was about 20 min. When they finally got over to me the older man worked on my actual nails and then without warning went to the bathroom and never came back. Didn't even say someone else will be taking care of you. Then a lady came over after I don't know how long and rushed painting my nails getting them all along my skin. If you go to get your nails professionally done, you shouldn't have to worry about picking polish off around the edges. As for my friend, she tried making conversation with the employee. Every time they were blunt and rude. Her nails looked worse than mine. She mentioned her "pedicure" was barely a pedicure at all. There was nobody behind us in line and they rushed our whole process and experience. Again, I would NOT recommend this location unless you're looking to spend money on a mediocre or less than a medicorce job. There are better places in Monroe! Not even one star this place was horrible I was getting my feet done I was wanting to trying a new place.I wish I NEVER step foot in there. I was sitting peacefully and I look done and the color I picked out was all over me the polish was pouring out all over me and not only on my clothes and I but on my iPhone I was calm and asked for something to clean myself up with the lady told me don't get it in the new chair. She didn't care on bit about what I looked like. Worst service I have ever seen in a nail salon didn't say sorry or anything once they saw me a little upset they laughed and talked to each other and painted my toes like a 2 year old all over my toes. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life by someone who "wanted to take my money" hey, maybe they didn't! Communication was incredibly impossible with the older gentleman (I use the term loosely) and he did what I call "sucked his teeth" and made an "Aaah!" Noise- as if he were very irritated with me when I asked him if he would put a tip on the nail he forgot to put one on.1st. I went in for an overlay (no tips should have been put on to begin with!) I had spent 2 weeks growing them out..2nd. He cut one of my real nails very short (the one he "forgot" to put a tip on) 3rd. When I asked for a tip on that one as well that is when he said the nail was the same length as all the others (I'm assuming, because he spoke the worst English I've ever heard used in the service industry), it very well would have been even had he not cut it to begin with, still not sure why he did (because he didn't understand maybe..?), a blind man could see the nails were not even (none of them!) 4th. He then made the irritated, passive aggressive, attitude noises VERY LOUDLY and sucked his teeth at me right in front of the other customers! I was HORRIFIED! !! I said never mind & left immediately (while the ladies screamed at me that I had to pay)Yeah, right! Pay you for something I didn't ask for! ..? Plus all he had done was put 9 tips on & cut them 9 different lengths! I came in for an OVERLAY! (This is where you put Acrylic over the Real Nail! ..since you don't seem to know) Not to mention you (the older man) COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED me in front of everyone in the salon! I was shaking, I was so upset that I couldn't drive! 5th. The next Nail Salon had to cut All the nails so they were even & yes, I asked about the two nails that "Stevie Wonder" thought were perfectly even & 3 people busted out laughing about how uneven they were, and of course, said they weren't even close (including a patron).If you enjoy getting insulted and treated like a bother this is your salon!
