Wow, i called to get a price on a service and to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered did not have any time or patience to answer my quesiton. I promise you it was one question and because I could not understand her she said "when you come in u can see the prices for yourself". I am sorry but i have many many years of customer service and that is NOT AT ALL the way you treat potential customers. NOT only that but the lady hung up on me after i told her that the purpose of my call is to get the price upfront before driving out to her. i will NEVER step foot into this place. you need us as customers, we don't need you because there are plenty of places out there that offer better services and better customer service with friendly staff. If you guys read my review just know I’m the girl with the ring you guys always question if I’m married or not , I use to enjoy going to y’all but last night the chic that did my nails was the rudest I gave her a $3 tip I wasn’t even gonna give her a tip she didn’t deserve it but out of kindness I did it, she slapped my hands instead of using a brush she didn’t use the color I wanted she made me pick another she wouldn’t even pick a conversation at that point I tried to make her laugh but she was acting dull I was about to get up and leave she was the rudest and I had my slightest patience with her not to mention my nails don’t even look that nice since she rushed like I get it y’all were closing but it’s not my fault it was so packed I could’ve reacted like I was thinking about in my mind but nah my mom taught me well, I’m never going back now! Very nice place, saw a bug in the bathroom so that's why I'm giving four stars. I was also offered a drink. Nancy is amazing, she really massages your hands and knuckles to the point where you hear them crack! She's also very fast, I got there at like 10:40 and was home by noon even after finishing and going to Target. I don't see any of the gel polish messed up on my nails, just that some got on my finger but I can wait a day or two and it comes off. The regular polish on my toes didn't smudge. It's not like a luxury place, but if you're looking for cheaper prices this is the place to go. Side note, stop complaining about them talking about you. although when I first got my nails done here, they were very good quality and looked very pretty. But then, after a few days there was something on them and I went back to get it fixed, because the man who owned it told me if anything happened come back. they made a huge deal over it and had everyone in the salon staring at me. he was very aggressive when fixing them, and talking about me to another nail tech. There was just a right amount of talkative but still reminded you that she knew you were there. She knew what she was doing and I trusted that she understood what I wanted! They did a wonderful job on my acrylic nails and I love how they able to give me such a nice lovely time here! Read Less

Last time i went the lady was super rude and was pulling my hand and when i said i wanted my nails long (i said it like 3 or 4 times to her) she made them short. So when i said something about one nail being way to short she had to talk to the worker beside her to see if she should fix it or not. When she goes to take the acrylic off she ripped it of. she was not careful AT ALL! And in that same day before i was called back to a chair to get my nails re done there was a ton of dead bugs and a live cockroach crawling on my chair. I will NEVER GO BACK! Read Less

I have been going here for years. But NOT ANY MORE! Also I always get a design on my ring fingers/toes they got where they can NEVER do it right. If I pay 50-60$ every 2 weeks I expect it to look good. I will not be back. I would not recommend anyone to go here. They seem to rush through to get to the next person. Read Less

Horrible!! My sister and I went to get manicures and we both got French tips. The next day both of our nails started to crack. I called and asked if we could come back on Monday to get them re done because we are out of town for our aunt's funeral till Sunday. The lady on the phone kept explaining that they may crack if they aren't dry, well the problem with that is we sat under the dryers for 40 minutes and the lady told us we were ok to go. The lady on the phone also proceeded to tell me that they could re do it if it were 1 or 2 nails but not a whole hand. HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE?! It is not my fault that they all decided to crack. I have done nothing to be rough on my nails causing them to crack. I also offered to take pictures and send them to someone to see we weren't lying, but she denied that offer. The polish is cheap and I will not be going back to this place ever again after they fix my nails for free! It makes me really upset because the manicure was my gift to my sister for her birthday. Visiting the area from Michigan.  Looked them up and called to asked if they were busy.  They said no and to come right over.  I am there in 5 mins.   Same people that was on the phone yells from back that it will be at least 30 mins just to get polish.  40 mins later I am still waiting while others are getting served.  I asked how long it will be and I am told that I have to " just keep waiting".   Not!!!!    Worst customer service I have ever seen!! Gave me attitude because I just wanted my artificial nails removed. Talking about me in Vietnamese. They were very rude. Finally decided to go ahead and get gel nails and she continued to speak in Vietnamese the entire time. She tore my real nails with the dremel tool too. This place does a really good job, however everytime I go there I see a different person and they always have a negative unwanted comment to say. It is very distasteful. If I don't want a manicure then don't judge me for just getting a polish and tell me that I should have gotten a manicure. These people are not polite and too opinionated. I have been going to Lee's Spa Nail for a few years now, and I am so pleased with the wonderful and professional quality of service. They are very personable and do a marvelous job. The shop is always clean, has lovely decor, everyone is courteous and the atmosphere is always warm and friendly. I drive up 30 mins just to get my nails & pedi done, they are just lovely! Read Less

The 3rd time I went there to be told over the phone then again in person the wait "at most would be 15 minutes" after waiting an hour AGAIN I only have myself to blame for messing up my day again. Little time for me with 2 small boys and my main reward in life. Very disappointed again! And the last time I went the tech said she couldn't do my design (it was a simple one) and the polish was streaky and came off after a week. Horrible service, they don't care about their customers. I came in for waxing and I've waited for about 10 mins and then an employee came in and asked if I want to do an eyebrows and I said no so she said something in Vietnamese and left the room and then no one came back to do the service.
