If I could give them a zero, i would. I should have looked at reviews before spending a dime at this dump. Saturday AM, totally understaffed. Sat with acetone on my hands for 35 minutes while the "tech" did other clients and then when she finally came back was in such a hurry that she never spoke to me, and my dip nails are so thick I'm not sure they will ever soak off. She never asked if the shape was ok or anything. Was just in a hurry to get to the next client. Cost $45 for the worst nails I've had anywhere in the US. Oh yea... and that $45 doesn't even include a manicure!

Went in to get a polish on my nails and the owner refused to paint them because I didn't get my full set there....RUDE!! I will never be back!!

This was my first time coming here, but I am slightly disappointed today. I requested a full set and pedicure. So, I got a full set for my hands, and a pedicure for my toes, but the coat looks so bad...
This was my first time coming here, but I am slightly disappointed today. I requested a full set and pedicure. So, I got a full set for my hands, and a pedicure for my toes, but the coat looks so bad on my toes. 😔 Idk, but at least my nails look nice.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. My sister and I rushed to get there one night and made it there 10 minutes before they closed. They were busy but still welcomed us in and stayed until 11...
I have had nothing but good experiences here. My sister and I rushed to get there one night and made it there 10 minutes before they closed. They were busy but still welcomed us in and stayed until 11:30 to accommodate everyone. My nails always look great and I have never had anyone be rude to me.

Giving them one star is almost too much. I went in for a simple gel manicure and they were very busy, therefore the gentleman painting my nails was very rushed and it showed in his work. I didn't even get a full manicure like I wanted and I left with almost as much nail polish on my fingers as was on my nails. On top of that my nails looked very bad - I could have done a better job at home on my own.

If I could write my review without giving a star I would but I had to give at least one. I took my daughter there for her birthday and we both had a horrible experience. My nails are way to thick and they just did a really crappy job. I will never ever return here. My friend came with me and wanted a simple manicure and the guy with the really crazy hair refused to help her and sat there playing on his phone while my friend got out off on another nail person who already had 2 clients. They have terrible customer service and are very rude to their customers!

If I could give them a zero, i would. I should have looked at reviews before spending a dime at this dump. Saturday AM, totally understaffed. Sat with acetone on my hands for 35 minutes while the "tech" did other clients and then when she finally came back was in such a hurry that she never spoke to me, and my dip nails are so thick I'm not sure they will ever soak off. She never asked if the shape was ok or anything. Was just in a hurry to get to the next client. Cost $45 for the worst nails I've had anywhere in the US. Oh yea... and that $45 doesn't even include a manicure!

Giving them one star is almost too much. I went in for a simple gel manicure and they were very busy, therefore the gentleman painting my nails was very rushed and it showed in his work. I didn't even get a full manicure like I wanted and I left with almost as much nail polish on my fingers as was on my nails. On top of that my nails looked very bad - I could have done a better job at home on my own.

My nails are way to thick and they just did a really crappy job. I will never ever return here. My friend came with me and wanted a simple manicure and the guy with the really crazy hair refused to help her and sat there playing on his phone while my friend got out off on another nail person who already had 2 clients. They have terrible customer service and are very rude to their customers!
