Love the new space. The people are always great. Found this salon a year ago when Mom was at Pruitt. Mom was still in a wheelchair but that didn't matter. You took such good care of her. I had my nails done yesterday and I wanted to cry!! The tech re polished them 3 times.. they were still awful!! I stop by here on the way home to Charlotte just to get a repolish! I wind up getting my hands and my feet repolished and I have never been happier!! Their customer service is top notch you feel like you are getting your nails done at home!! This place was great and they have a really good membership program. I almost don't want to write anything because I'd like to keep this little gem a secret. I actually felt like I was at "The Beauty Shop." This is what we go for...a little gossip...some conversation in English...and pleasant customer service. Love the staff at Echo. I've gone solo, with my mom and I've also taken my daughter at 4 and 5 years old. It's always been clean, the staff has been kind and accommodating and my nails have looked great. I always have a pedi and gel manicure and they hold up beautifully between visits. I was initially really excited about coming because of their advertisements on Facebook which highlighted their modern updated salon with all "English speaking" nail technicians which I appreciate not having to listen to people shouting in another language as this is for relaxation and enjoyment and that atmosphere is neither relaxing nor enjoying.The sign on the door said Se Habla Espanol so I was concerned but everyone spoke English and there was no language barrier.I was greeted by a pleasant employee who requested I sign in which I did.The flooring in the salon looked like it needed to be cleaned as well as the bathroom.The pedicure was dine well with the exception of the massage-the technician had very long nails which took away any enjoyment.The manicure was good but again the long nails got in the way of enjoyment.The owner and staff are very friendly but the facility (floors, equipment (broken pedi chairs) and bathroom)need to be redone as it may be clean but looks dirty- more than likely I won't be back....just not relaxing.Something else I also noticed was that almost every single nail polish on the nail polish rack was almost completely empty and very old colors and could hardly be opened.Lots of nail clippings on the floor Read Less

I bought a membership in early November of this year.  I've been happy with my gel manicures and spa pedicures and everyone has been friendly.  I'd definitely recommend Echo but they stay so busy that you must make an appointment and not wait until the last minute to do so because chances are they might not be able to work you in. I went in today because I needed a fill in and received an advertisement in the mail yesterday, I got really excited that they offer unlimited packages, so even though I am not ready for a pedi yet, I wanted to see if I liked how they did my nails enough for me to completely switch from my regular place.  I'm a bit partial to my regular place because they are from NY , you don't need an appointment, and they are fast and about 3 mins closer to my house,  Unfortunately I did not recieve any services at echo today because it seems they may be a bit understaffed, or bit off more than they can chew with the advert, so here I am sitting at my regular place as I am used to fast pace take you as you walk in.  If you plan on Taking advantage of the packages they offer which look awesome,  I suggest you absolutely call to schedule...for me unfortunately I am simply used to a little more fast paced environment and not having to get scheduled... place looked great,clean, and the workers seemed very friendlyThe 3 stars is for the friendliness, clenliness, and the packages Read Less

The people here were very friendly, and the salon seemed clean. That said, I did not receive a good manicure or pedicure. Three days later, several of my toes have chips, and all of my gel polish has peeled completely off. It was the strangest thing; the polish on each nail sloughed off in a single piece. At least it didn't damage my nail? I guess? The manicurist also yanked on my cuticles with the nippers, tearing buts of my skin away. The cuticles on two of my fingers are swollen and sore even now. I went here for first time today and loved it the staff was nice they have a wide variety of colors to pick and they are inexpensive I got stiletto nails with rhinestones for only $30 with color they offer drinks from white wine to coke products its a family type salon everyone knows each other and there is little to know waiting I'll definitely be back Read Less

Used a groupon for the spa pedicure/manicure. They did an excellent job. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive and took the time to make sure that that my nails looked good. I also got the brow wax but it was a little bit thinner than I had wanted and they aren't evenly shaped. It's not bad but I'd be sure to be a little more specific next time. Read Less

I went a few months ago, and will not go back. The staff was nice, but I had a horrible pedicure.  Polish wasn't completely applied, and when they fixed it the receptionist put the top coat on, and the owner said don't worry, she can't mess up the topcoat. Oh yes she could.  I was there almost two hours for a simple pedicure, and ended up stopping at Walmart to get my polish and some polish remover to redo my own toes. Read Less
