If I could give it a 0 star I would! Me and my sister went to get a gel manicure! The color my sister picked out they put in a shaker after adding water to it! Later I read to find out they do this to be able to use the polish longer and it makes the color lighter then what it’s supposed to be! The manicure was very sloppy they put lotion on ur hands and they stay in the heat gloves all of about 2 min! The glove had just started to get warm as she took them off! Oh and then my sister got her hands massage but I didn’t bc she had to go fix the cc machine and forgot what step she was on! And when I said something she argued with me and then was a complete jerk! Our manicure was done in less then 15 min! NEVER GO BACK THERE!! Horrible service and wast of money Read Less

Beware, not worth the frustration! Had a gel mani and pedi done. Everything seemed great until I had to pay. No prices are posted in the salon. They charged me $90 not including tip, for services I had paid $65 for previously. Days later my nail color became hazy and discolored. I went back to have them re-done and was told the polish was mood changing, which it was not. I showed them under warm water that it did not change the color of my polish and so they did re-did my nails but they did a horrible job. Not at all what I had experienced in my visits before. I was then told I had to pay to change the color of my polish!!!!!! Why would I want the same color?!! Never again. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. So not worth the trouble. Read Less

I wanted to go for a relaxing pedicure....allowing feet to soak and getting a great massage. WOW! Was done in 15 min from start to finish. My feet didn't soak. She filled basin with water and started. The massage and scrubbing was minimal. The feet in the wax was less than a minute. $25 in 15 min! No more. Read Less

I got a fungus from them and when I went in to see about it, they told me it was because some people react to the nails and then they tried to sell me some fungus medicine...they would not acknowledge that I had acquired a fungus from their shop...and the nail polish was applied too heavy and they got messed up from the beginning...and then I had an American nail polish and after a couple weeks it yellowed...not pleased... A Male did my nails this afternoon and what a disappointment! He was rude, disengaged and gave  sloppy service.  He acted as if he was doing me a favor by doing my nails.  I went in excited and happy, on vacation soon, and left there with a very bad taste. Terrible place! I went there waited an hour and then was told to sit at a chair thinking I was finally going to be attended only for a nail tech to be rude to me and tell me to move after being seated 3 min to work on another guest it was terrible service and had to walk out  I don't understand why so many people recommended it Read Less

The only reason they deserve 1 star is for their availability. I made an appointment for a Thursday at 5:30. I got there 5 mins early, i still had to wait 15 mins for her to start me, i havnt had nails for YEARS since i work in the medical field, and have 2 small kids, i dont want to scrath them. Well, 2 days into my vacation i had a nail pop off... 1 week after, all nails are gone. What a waste of $40. Ill never return. Read Less

I will never go back to this place again. I came in for the first time 4 days ago and my gel nail manicure completely peeled off.  I went back in to have them redo them and they were so unbelievably rude to me.  None of them spoke to me and the owner threatened me telling me that they would never fix them again for free!!!  Nice customer service!  Save your money and go to a place that the people will actually speak to you and not act like they are doing you a favor.  Unbelievably horrible! Disappointed.  This place was recommended to me by a Mint Hill Native, so I knew I had to try it!  I went a few times before giving up, always leaving with the "Maybe it was just a bad day for them," philosophy.1. They're always busy and will tell you it's ok to come in even though they're packed.  This is extremely unfortunate because they rush like crazy to get your nails done.  I'd MUCH prefer they tell me not to come in and go in at a later date when they'll take their time.2. Their gel manicure has come off within a week every time I've gotten it done here.  EVERY TIME!  For $25, I want it to last 2 weeks, which is how long it's supposed to last.  I've gotten gel manicures at other nail places that last about 3 weeks if I don't redo them.3. After getting multiple pedicures here, I've had to go home and take a pumice stone to my feet.  My feet aren't gross at all, and I've never had this problem.  After getting a pedi here and my feet dry, there's more white skin all over my heel than there was when I went.All of these issues have to do with low quality of work.  Pedicures take about 15 minutes here, when they take almost an hour elsewhere.  I don't like the feeling that I'm a nuisance to someone when I'm a paying customer, and that's the feeling I get when I go here.  I've been about 10 times all on different days during different times of the year, and I'm not returning. I agree with Julie on this one. It is not the most relaxing spa around, but they are pretty amazing at manis and pedis. I don't get my eyebrows waxed here only because I have someone else do them. Their prices are amazing. They do do they shellac/gel nails for $25, which I think is a way better price than most salons -and the best at it too. I've had the gel polish from other salons and the way Lee Spa does it is better. I would give Lee Spa a full five stars if they did make the atmosphere just a little more relaxing though and if you could add tips to your credit card purchase. The cosistancy of this place is a ridiculous. Don't go on the weekend after 4 they close at 6 and they will continue to take customers to get the extra buck but your service will suffer. I paid for my brows to be waxed and they are just as hairy now, my mani and pedi are half a.. too! Communication stinks! Read Less

Well as some of you may know, I have been looking for another nail spa for about two weeks now.  And this morning I went by word of mouth and sometimes that works and well this morning for me it did not.  I went to one not to far from my house and I was shocked at how much it was, it was cheaper than what I'm use to well.....I should have known better.  The lady didn't even paint my whole finger nail and I realized it and got up set and paid her for the manicure and left.  I looked up other shops not to far from where I live and came upon this one.  And the price wasn't bad, still cheaper than what I'm use to but they were really friendly nice place real clean just great.  They corrected my nails from the problem I had earlier today so I was pleased.  They did a great job, nails painted completely so I think I've found my new nail spa I'm soo happy...lol. OK, so it's not a relaxing spa atmosphere, but they give a great pedicure (which includes whirlpool, massage and paraffin wax) and a quick and easy brow waxing. Very reasonably priced and the ladies are skilled and no-nonsense. I don't need the luxurious spa feel, but some people do. For me, the location, quality, price and convenience make it a no brainer.
