I got my nails done on a Friday an by Tuesday three of my nails had come up so I went to get them fixed. Now today is Friday and the three nails she fixed plus two more are lifting up . At this point...
I got my nails done on a Friday an by Tuesday three of my nails had come up so I went to get them fixed. Now today is Friday and the three nails she fixed plus two more are lifting up . At this point I just wanna refund but the manager says that she just wants to re-fix it For the third time in 8 days . I honestly don’t recommend this along to anyone and the people are very friendly; however the work does not match and I just wasted money and now wasting time to get it fixed.

Jazzy nails is the best nail salon around! I have lived (was raised ) up north NY, RI and here in NC. Out of all the salons I've been to Jazzy Nails by far exceeds the rest. The staff has impeccable cleaning standards. I ALWAYS get smiles no matter what time I show up first thing in the AM or 5 min before closing. Sometimes 5 min before closing they tell me I need to come back, but only if they had somewhere to be, most often though they stay late for me! When they see me out and about town they recognize me and they are personable too! I feel like family! LOVE Jazzy Nails!!!

I made a mani-pedi ppt for 5:30, came right at 5:30. Another 2 clients had an appt at 5:30 but I checked in and was seated before them. I was still soaking in the pedi chair at 6:10 (!!!) when they started working with the other 2 clients that came in after me. What’s the point of making an appointment? This is the 2nd time this has happened. I wanted to give them a 2nd shot today, but now I definitely won’t be back.

Just left this shop and while I am seriously irritated I have to say that the young lady that did my pedi was awesome. However, when I walked in I expressed that I would be getting all the services they had pretty much feet, hands and lashes. Well I finshed my pedi and was about to get my nails done when one of the employees asked again about getting my lashes done. She said I don't have time to do that. Her face was so nasty as if I had offended her. Her tone also. Will not be returning!!

Friendly and attentative staff.. Had gel overlay was in/out in under an hour. Sterile equipment. Offered beverages. Prices are extremely reasonable. Go see "Trim" she'll take great care of you!!

Made my second visit to Empire today. This has quickly become my favorite place in town to get a pedicure. Very clean (I love the tub liners) and professional nail salon, with a soothing ambiance. The prices are right on par and the staff are excellent! Plus, you'd be hard pressed to find a larger collection of polish! I will definitely keep coming back for my regular pedis. :)

Jazzy Nails is the best place ever to get your Nails and Pedicure service/treatment. I would suggest that you ask for Moses first. Moses has 'Amazing Hands' and he does and awesome massage for the feet and legs.
Another thing the prices are reasonable too. I have been a customer for about 2 years now. Everyone is extremely nice.

I really like this salon! I am always greeted in a friendly manner and offered a service menu. By choosing my own serivice package I am not surprised by the price at the end, I know what to expect and they don't stray from what you want. I have never waitied here either. They have newer pedicure chairs and stations- it is so nice to sit in a pedicure chair that actually works and gives a good massage. The staff hold friendly conversations with you and usually have a news channel on the television. I wish I found this place sooner!

Jazzy nails is the best nail salon around! I have lived (was raised ) up north NY, RI and here in NC. Out of all the salons I've been to Jazzy Nails by far exceeds the rest. I was still soaking in the pedi chair at 6:10 (!!!) when they started working with the other 2 clients that came in after me. What’s the point of making an appointment? The prices are right on par and the staff are excellent! Plus, you'd be hard pressed to find a larger collection of polish! I will definitely keep coming back for my regular pedis. :)
