I would give zero stars if I could. I went one time despite the negative reviews. I had a pedicure May 11, and the tech was “removing a callus” and took all the skin off my left big toe. As of today it is still not healed. The tech blamed it on a blister. Um no ma’am, you soaked my feet in water making the skin pliable and then you took a sand paper block and removed all the skin off the side of my big toe. It was very painful and when I shrieked in pain, she blamed a “blister” which I didn’t have. Don’t get a pedicure here! You might regret it! Read Less

I had gotten a French tip set and I wasn’t satisfied with them at all 👎🏽 There was bubbles which I didn’t like some of the aycrlic wasn’t covered all the way with the clear coat and when it was time to shave my nails down my skin kept getting rolled over which hurt very much and it’s also not an even coat 😔 Read Less

Love this nail salon. Though Dragon is very popular, his mom (which I always forget her name) I love her, she takes her time, and kind and friendly. They always have cool and dark , and always have new nail products. Today I had glow in the dark arylic. Its a white polish called cotton candy and glows in blue in the dark. This is my go to nail place! The staff is so friendly and they do a great job, every time. Good prices too! Only downside is they play movies in the background, and most of them are very weird and inappropriate for kids. Read Less

I went there today at 1pm, the door was open cause the fumes we're overwhelming, it was in the high 80's today so needless to say it was hot waiting for a chair for a pedicure. There was one person that came in about 15 minutes after me. As 130 approached a person was finally leaving, yeah!!! But the person who did the nails went right past me and took the other person.. the guy behind the desk was saying, I hope in her language, that I was next, she still took the other person. I walked out. It was my first and last time I will be back plus I was scouting the place for my wife since we moved closer. So you lost two good customers. Read Less

They don't do a good job and they do weird things, like once a guy sat me in the pedicure chair and filled the water and then left the building. He didn't come back. . . after about 15 minutes I asked someone if the guy was going to come back and they were trying to figure out what had transpired. Eventually someone else started giving me a pedicure and we found out later that he left to go pick up his mom. Read Less

This is a response to Tanisha Torain's very poor review. I was also a customer there as well on the day that it happened. She also failed to report the fact that she was 86 from the shop for misconduct and foul language while there were minors there from the age of 12 and under. She failed to report the fact that the police had to come and remove her from the property. There is also a report for her stealing property from the establishment. She has a larceny charge for theft of product from the establishment and if nobody believes that the report number is 2016 - 01238. pumpkin does not work at establishment anymore but she came in one day just to help Dragon . She had also claimed that she came in prior to that day about five days earlier on a Friday. This person just wants to come in for free service and the workers have said that she likes to come in after everything days to say that the mail is chipped and she just wants free service. This woman is a very cheap person and she is a con artist. So before anybody leaves this person you need to check out a police report number. She is no longer allowed on the establishment. The people are actually very nice and courteous and very willing to help but I do know that their policy is that they do not except walk in customers after 7 o'clock . Yes the sign does say that they close at 7:30 but they do say that they except last walk-ins at seven . Dragon is a wonderful person then there is Phoenix and then lion and zebra they all worked very hard and treat us very well every time we come in and we are never rushed out the door like other salons . I've been to many nail salons in the past and AJ is the best. I've been there several times already for my eyebrows, Gel manicure and pedicure. Everything always come out perfect, they take their time and I never feel like they are in a rush to get me out for the next client like some nail salons. Definitely recommend them. Read Less

They do not take appointments which is fine, to each their own. There is no sign in sheet there so on busy days like Saturday it's very chaotic and they loose track of who is next and just yell out "who's next?!" Then the patrons must sort it out. An older gentleman did my toes and fingers and I might as well have had my 2 year old son paint them. I got shellac on my fingers and regular on my toes and the paint is all over my skin. The worst experience ever! I've been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for about 4 years and have recently been shopping for a new salon. I can tell you I will not be back here! Read Less
