I went for my first visit today and every person was extremely kind and friendly. I had Ivy for a pedicure and Holly for a gel manicure. Each were gentle and neat, resulting in gorgeous nails. I just had my first pedicure from Cindy (not sure if that's how you spell it) and it was WONDERFUL. My experience started with me walking in to a pretty full salon but being greeted by everyone in there. They have a young guy working the counter. He showed me to a chair and made sure I had something to drink. They have their colors number coded so it is super easy to find a color on the samples then pick it out on the wall. I've never seen this before but I thought it was really helpful. I was seated and only had to wait maybe 2-3 minutes before Cindy showed up and introduced herself. She was super friendly. She paid a lot of attention to my feet. I had some really bad ingrown toe nails and my calluses were pretty gross. She took care of it all!! She made sure she asked if each of my ingrown toe nails felt better afterwards and told me to call her if they don't get better in a few days. She rubbed my feet for like 20 min! Felt very rushed. Hated new system of choosing colors from nail chart. Massage chair sounded like a motorboat. Didn't know where magazines were because of rushing. I will not return. Also 5 dollars higher than other places near me. Read Less

I go to this place sometimes because it is close to my house, but I would go somewhere else honestly. They are good at what they do, but sometimes it seems like they are rushing and the staff is sometimes rude. And the prices are too high if you ask me. Read Less
