I wanted to cry when I got back to my car and looked in my rear view mirror. My brows looked bad. And I mean bad. Long overdue for a waxing, I decided to venture to a spot I used to frequent years ago before moving. My "regular" person from the past wasn't there so I trusted this new-to-me young lady. First bad sign: no paper was placed where I was to lay my head. So...I grabbed paper towels and put them on top of the pillow. But I felt a little better as the lady explained what she was going to do to my brows. I thought she was about to make me look fabulous. She did her work and honestly, my quick glance in her foggy mirror upon completion looked decent, thicker than I like, but decent. Then, a closer look in the car in natural light showed one brow was markedly thicker than the other, my brows were not "smooth" and they were raggedy. I was so disappointed. I was tight on time. Otherwise I would have gone back in. But I wouldn't trust anyone in there to even touch them up. So disappointed. Hubby is right...stick with who you know. I will not be going back to this location for services. Now is the waiting game to grow my brows a bit to have them repaired by my "regular" person. Sigh.... Read Less

I won't come back again. The guy doing my nails was very rude and rough with my hands. I asked for rounded nails, and he was upset about that. I still didn't get rounded nails. They are uneven and I have glue everywhere. He did a rush job.The young girl who painted my nails was nice. I paid, left a $13 tip, but I definitely will not return. I've been searching for a nail salon close to home that was clean with full service and the ladies at Rnails did a great job. I loved the added hot stone treatment on the feet and the leg massage that was included in the regular pedicure. I found it to be very clean. They line the foot baths with fitted bags that are replaced each time and all utensils are wrapped in plastic. I have found my new favorite nail salon. Read Less

i came in there one afternoon..the man who did my nails was so rude even the way he grab and did my nails. as he was shaping my nails he was hurting me but i stayed calm i felt like he didnt want to do my nails...i couldn't figure what color to pick and he was upset because i was taking forever. i believe if you are paying for service at least have manner do it the right way. im glad i have patience. but im never going back there ever again! and on top of that my nails were not even shaped right! This place was weird. Sketch as can be. They still use a surgical sanitizing machine to clean their tools, and they come at you with a basket of metal tools. When asked about it they seemed snooty, laughing and saying the health inspectors would have shut them down if the tools weren't on the up and up. A woman started on my pedi and then traded out with a gruff man when a gentleman client came in and went to the back with the woman and came out with sunglasses on...as I mentioned...weird. They really tried to up-sell to the deluxe pedicure for $10 more...it was all pr- packaged and I could've chosen a scent, but I did feel like I got a good thing for the money as they did include a scrub (it smelled like urinal cakes though) and a hot stone massage. All in all a good experience, but for the lack of customer service and the feeling of being put down and mocked I probably will go to a newer salon to be abused. Read Less

What a great find!!  Mimi (which is the youngest girl) is fantastic!!  She really gives you a good strong leg and foot massage. The chairs could be up graded to ones that do your butt too but they are still good.  The Deluxe Pedicure is totally worth it.... A solid 1.5 hour long pedi is just what a body needs! Read Less

I Have been coming here 16 years it is great I now have Gel nails and love them.  I also have my eyebrows done and they look divine.  Salon is very clean and the services are  excellent.  Lots of colors to choose from.   I also have had pedicures very relaxing and enjoy the conversations,  Technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice.
