I came here for my prom hair. People are nice here but they do not have the best skill. I showed them the hair style I want but they turned out really... not even the same. The women at My Bella Spa are incredibly talented and kind! I recently went to a salon out of town and my SNS nails turned out terribly. Tonight, I went to see Mai at My Bella Spa - Austin Village and she did not disappoint!!! She was appalled at the condition of my nails (after just one week) and immediately started to make my nails beautiful again. Mai is engaging, funny, friendly, and above all else, she knows what she is doing!! My nails look and feel fantastic. Prior to visiting My Bella Spa, my SNS nails were thick, heavy, and felt fragile. Now they are the perfect length, thickness, and shape! Mai transformed my nails and boosted my confidence. My Bella Spa is also great with pedicures and waxing. I'm picky with my eyebrows and I have never left dissatisfied. Oh, and they're EXCELLENT with matching colors or finding a color that you try and describe.As you can tell, I HIGHLY recommend My Bella Spa and any of the lovely women who work there. Had a basic mani pedi. Young male with glasses. Both my toes and fingers needed one more coat, but didn't realize it until I got in the car and looked at them in natural light. Didn't have the time or energy to go back in, so I'll just not  go back. Also  overheard female technician tell a mother daughter pair of customers that the mother should have had one more child because if she dies, the daughter will be all alone in the world! Haven't been here in a while. So sad to see how down hill it's gone . The pedicure chairs were literally worn out , the place was dirty, and lots of clutter, the toilet wasn't working and repairs were done poorly. The techs were not using sterilized utensils and the staff could not communicate with the customers. They seem to do short cuts and are trained in practices that are not nail friendly . i have tried multiple times to give this place a chance. i have read all the reviews and the reason they know customers names is because they don't get that much buisness. i spent 2 hours in there today for them to "try" to put SNS nails on me. it didn't work and i needed to be somewhere. now i have to walk around with horrible nails. he said come back tomorrow and they will fix it but i don't wanna waste another 2 hours of my life. he talked me out of what i originally wanted and i'm very upset! The salon is not clean. Products are not put away. They are sitting all over the floor in various places. Equipment is old and not well maintained. The bird droppings outside the front door are enormous and horrible. No one is taking any pride in this business. It desparately needs attention. I tried very hard to give this salon a chance because I read good reviews here. The staff is never on time with salon openings. For example, they were open on Sunday's and I was booked for noon when they opened. Always late. Spent lots of time in my car on cold days waiting. Twice the technician (while extremely talented) was late arriving for my scheduled appointment. Today I was scheduled for 12:30. I arrived - my technician was not there - running 30 minutes late. I had left my phone number after my last appointment so they could CALL ME if my technician was running late! No call. SO - off to Harris Teeter for a bad lunch. 1:00 - still no technician. my first time coming here and i was actually really impressed. it's mostly guys but they all do a very very good job. one of the guys did my spa pedicure and it was like a mini massage and pedicure all in 1 for $35!  10/10 would recommend this place Read Less

Just horrible. This is the second time i've made an appointment in a month with them and it was bad both times. The first time they didn't have time finish so they asked if i could "come back in a little bit" (no). And now today I showed up on time for my appointment and after waiting 20 mins they then ask me if i can "come back in an hour or so" (no). Been a customer there for 4 years... not anymore. Always friendly and remember you by name. Very accommodating to work around my schedule to fit me in for an appointment. If I make an an appointment they are quick and efficient unless I want to relax for a spa pedicure then they take there time for a relaxing treatment. Read Less
