DO NOT COME HERE ON A FRIDAY WITHOUT AND APPOINTMENT! Now that that's been said, I actually do like this place. They have always been very nice and do a great job. This particular Friday was crazy. I was in there for 2 1/2 hours just for the sns. They never told me how long the wait would be (I also never asked). I did get very impatient toward the end, but I'm not even necessarily mad at them. They had to start turning away people because they were so packed. Seemed like a few extra staff could have helped alleviate the situation. They even mentioned the staffing issue.I went in for sns dip and was planning on leaving my tips on. I guess I didn't realize they melt off while getting the sns off? Since I was already Over an hour and a half into the wait, I just told them to forget new tips and just put it on my natural nail. Which is short, but not this short. They filed away for a very long time and made my nails so short it hurt. Even cut me once. Idk if they should have steered me in a different direction or this was over done, but I left pretty grumpy. I will most likely try this place again. Just maybe on a week day when it's slower and they can take better care to personalize my experience. Read Less

Save your time and money! Try to update nail products. They will tell you to pick a color but you won't get your nails done for hours! Just tell me you have a freaking wait time. Never again. Very nice staff and for about 6 months I was enjoying my new discovery of sns nails. My complaint, and it's kind of a big one is that they use the heck out of those dremel tools and have grinded through my nail bed 2x.  Ouch ouch ouch. First time I chalked up to honest mistake/human error. Second time? Think I'm going to have to move on to a place that doesn't use those dremel tools so aggressively. My nails are now tissue paper thin and will now need to spend probably months growing them out. Read Less

Well I decided to try a new nail place after my old one lost all their people. This place is clean, very modern and offers all kind of services my old place did not. Only thing I did not like about it was no TV going so all I had to do during my manicure was stare at the wall and listen to the elevator music coming out of the overhead speakers. We were so excited to find this nail salon! My family and I just moved from California and with all the unpacking our nails were in desperate need of some love! Everyone who works here is so kind and does a really great job! They were able to fit my mom, my sister and I in for manicures and pedicures and we all feel so much more human now that our nails look so nice! We will 100% be back!! Read Less

I really enjoyed my experience here. I walked in the building around 10 am today, Saturday, and it was busy. It is also prom season so I was not at all surprised that they were busy. I only needed a set of French tip acrylics and they told me it would be about a 15 to 20 min wait. I ended up waiting 40 minutes but only because a lady came in who had an appointment at 10:30. So I had Daisy do my nails and she did such a good job! It was my first time getting acrylics so I kept asking lots of questions and Daisy explained everything to me. I will definitely ask for her next time I go in! Also, I feel like this is really important to say, a lot of women in there were talking about how much they love Lily Nail Spa. Have had 3 visits here and am very impressed.   The ladies are fast and pay a lot of attention to detail. I've had the SNS applied as well as a pedicure.  Very clean and run on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  Prices fair and in line with NY salons. Read Less

This nail salon is located in the Shops at Wesley Chapel, the same shopping center as 201 Central.$60 for basic pedi & gel color change was a little more than what I usually pay for the same service. However, they did have a good selection of color & the shop was clean. Everyone was very nice & the nail techs working on me did a good job. All in all, I was pleased with my service, but there was nothing really special or different about this shop. I would have given them 4 stars if the pricing had been more in line with the other local shops that are comparable. This may not be my #1 favorite nail salon, but I would go here again. Read Less
