Pricing is not what it's made out to be, out $30 full set turned into $35 because they charged use to Shape the nail, like you already are shaping it anyway and if it's because they are long I'm actually getting more money out of your product for you!? Did I mention they didn't give us a manicure first they just put the sets up next to your horrible cuticles. If we wanted a manicure it would have been another 10!! Had an appointment at 1:30. Arrived at 1:25. The lady at the front wasn’t friendly at all! She rushed us picking out colors. We sat waiting for someone to come over for 15 minutes and I asked the lady at the front if someone was going to get to us. She said they were busy and someone would get to us! A few minutes later, A guy came over and said he had to finish with another lady and he would come over and start with us. We left at 1:55 without getting a pedi done!! Waiting 25 minutes for someone to even come over and start our pedicures is RIDICULOUS! I was trying to treat my sister with a pedi for her birthday I’ll spend my money somewhere else! Thanks! I've been here twice. I purchased a pedicure & a fill in, at both visits. Ava performed by pedicures and honestly, it's the best I've EVER had! She was focused, she took her time, & she deep massaged each leg. I felt like I got my money's worth & then some. Kevin did my fill-in each time. Kevin is as equally amazing. Had such a great experience there yesterday. I went with a friend to get pedicures, and called the day before to make sure they had room for us at 2:00. No problem. Got in and picked my polish and they left my feet to soak while the nail tech was finishing up with their previous client. I'm not sure the name of the young man who did my nails, but not only did he do an excellent job, but he had such a great personality! We laughed and chatted like we were friends. He spent extra time on my rough heels and kept checking to make sure he was getting all the rough skin off. Overall my toes left there pretty and polished and my boyfriend is no longer disgusted when I jokingly stick my feet in his face when we are watching tv on the couch. Read Less

Love the fact that you can schedule appointments online (24 hrs in advance), makes it fast & easy! Andy has been doing my nails for almost a year, so when he switches salons, I jumped ship too! He's the best, he takes his time & if you mess a nail up a few days later, he doesn't mind fixing it. The place was gorgeous, affordable prices & they offer mimosas (my fav)! Desperate for any bit of pampering during my last month of pregnancy, I popped into Barefoot for a pedicure. Let's be honest, I couldn't see my feet past my bump anyways! I was pleasantly surprised in spite of the strip mall location in Matthews. However, it makes for very easy parking when you have to waddle in.The selection of polishes is fantastic and they are in the midst of major renovations so all of the chairs are brand spanking new which means the massage features all work great. Barefoot was incredibly clean inside and you could see the autoclave machine being used as well as fresh towels being carried out. They offer beverage service including mimosas with fresh strawberries. The pricing was very reasonable. $15 will get you a basic pedicure but there are add one packages with things like paraffin dips or cooling lotions for $30 to $45. The technicians are also all super friendly and easy to chat with. My pedicure lasted a solid three weeks and it was not a gel based one. Read Less

I am SO sad to have to leave this review bc everyone was so kind. I tried this place out bc they opened at 9:30am (my normal place doesn't.) They were also very helpful with helping me chose the colors, etc. On the contrary, the Lady that did my mani/pedi hurt so bad. She clipped healthy skin down into the quick. I had to tell her repeatedly that she was hurting me. Within 2 hours if leaving the place one my my toe nails chipped and by that evening my pink gel mani was turning Brown. How does that even happen when all you've done is type in a computer. I am very unhappy with the quality of this mani/paint job, especially for the price I paid. Read Less

Stopped in today for the very first time ( for a walk in pedicure). They were so busy but very clean, and efficient. I had a wonderful pedicure though. I am a true stickler, edges have to be soft, and the fill in has to be filled in on the sides, etc. The guy I usually see is too far so I was looking for someone new. After reading the review, I knew I had to go. I saw, Kevin for my fill in and Ti for my amazing pedicure. The customer service that I received was great! I went here couple of weeks ago. I got a gel manicure for $30. It was my 1st time being there and getting a gel manicure. I'm very picky to where I go. I thought they have done a good job. The next day I realize I still had dead skin plus she didn't paint my nails well. She also didn't file my nails right that same night I had to file them myself.They are all very nice in there, but I didn't like the ladies job done on me. Read Less
