With me always getting my nails and lashes done it's so hard too find a good tech in Both. But I will say I love ProNails. I will never go too anyone else. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I don't feel like I got what I paid for. I got a pedicure done and my polish looks as if it was painted by my 7 year old niece. I also got a nail repair on one nail and the woman who fixed it done it as if she did not know how. It was not shaped and I explained to her three times that I needed it shaped correctly so that it matched the rest of my nails. My experience was not what I thought it would be. I hope in the future they hire professionals who actually know what they are doing and don't complain when the customer is not happy with the work. Kinda slow but what can you expect they all are the man was hilarious and done great on my nails but didn't trim the acrylic off I had to go home and cut it off myself but that was my only complaint and only charged 20$ for French tip pointed nails I usually pay 40$ so A+ ON THAT!!!! Read Less

I have searched for a nail shop to call "home" allllll over the place, i ran across issues like long waits, rude and snatching, high prices, lumpy nails, nails with bubbles, polish that isnt even covering my entire nail, acrylic that didn't even cover my entire nail, ive been n shops that had their kid n there climbing, spitting, crying, and bumping their parent as they were applying polish..... Trust me when i say ive seen it all!! BUT, when i found Anh at Lumberton Pro Na...ils, i found a true professional..... & ive found my nail salon "home"! Anh is nice, she explains things as we go and even b4 we get started especially if im trying something new or different!! She takes her time with me and shows patience when im undecisive on shape color, design or whether to cut down or not!! Anh pays close attention to detail and does exceptional work! My first and only visit was on 5.6.16. I was referred here and was told they do an excellent job on nails. I had been looking for a particular style. I showed the girl a picture on my phone. She said she could do the design, but it wouldn't be exact. The picture I showed her was done with nail powder and she did not have that in stock. She could duplicate it using gel polish. I told her that was fine and I understood. I was there on a Friday evening, and her shop was very bu...sy. I was having my doubts when I was watching her apply my polish. She seemed hurried the whole time. I kept thinking it would look better when she was finished, but it never did. She asked me when she was done if I liked it and I hesitated, but said yes. They were so busy and I had to meet someone soon after that, I didn't have time to stay and have her redo it. I had met a friend there and her nails looked better, but there was one pretty noticeable mistake on hers. I don't think she was entirely happy either. I drove back to Lumberton the next morning to see if she would redo it for me at no charge since they clearly were nothing like the picture. She said I would have to pay $15 more. I was furious. Terrible WORK and terrible ATTITUDES of owner and employees.I went to "Pro Nails" for the first time today. I normally have Gel applied to my nails. When the nail tech was finished; My nails were not even, the white tip was runny, my tips were rough and brittle, and the Gel had already started to peel before I left. I asked them to remove all of the gel from my nails (i did not have them re-do my nails because I was short on time, and the first Job was so bad; I highly doubt that the second time would be any type of improvment.) They would not re-fund my money even after I expressed to them that they may keep part of the amount because of the products that were used, but, to please refund me for the service. The owner responded with anger and disrespect (which was a bit over the top and unnecessary). All-in-all this has been the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.
