This nail establishment is horrible. I was out of town and I needed to get my nails done. Next time I will wait. The gentlemen that did my nails was so rough and moved way to quickly. He kept letting the drill slip onto my cuticle and then had the audacity to tell me it did not hurt. The shape of my nails looked like my kindergartner did it while learning her shapes. When I told the manager she acted confused as to why I did not like those boxy ugly nails. She kept asking me what I wanted. I told her she was the nail technician and should know what good nails looked liked. She did her best to repair them but she was no better. The worst part was they did not care. Poor treatment by the technician when I tried to explain what I wanted. I haven't been here in two years, and decided to get a manicure again for the first time since my repeat visits that began three years ago. The technician drew blood while working on my nails. When he started painting half of my nail white, I pulled back and explained that I wanted the white tips - all I have ever known was to ask for a "French Manicure." He snatched my hand back and responded "I know" and kept painting. I pulled back again and tried to explain. Then the owner fussed at me for not using the correct terminology in making my request. I explained to her that I haven't had my nails "done" in two years - and when I came before she took time with me to understand what I wanted. "Next time you need to ask for a full set" she responded sharply and proceeded to do my nails as I desired. Truly it brought tears to my eyes. In the meantime she got into a full-blown discussion with the first technician but in a language that I could not comprehend. I could not help but feel that they were talking about me. I do not plan to make a return visit unless I have a language translation app running on my phone! :-( Read Less

This place use to do a really great job on your nails and have really great customer service. Now, when you go they make you feel uncomfortable like you are bothering them for service you pay for. Go to Southeastern Day Spa instead & see NaTasha!!! Read Less
