I've given this place several chances, yesterday was the last. Normally I travel to Hickory or Gastonia for nail services seeing that Lincolnton isn't the place to get your nails done PERIOD. So I quit going all together bc I'm tired of the travel. 8 months later I miss my nails, so I popped into Regal for maybe the 4th time in the past 4 years and again a HORRIBLE experience. I spent an awkward 45 minutes with the rude woman who completed a FULL SET AND PETTY. In 45 MINUTES. that's with GEL Polish by the way. I don't think she even filed my toenails, my nails are all lumpy and hideous. I still left a tip just because I don't have the nerve to stiff but unpleasant is a total understatement. Read Less

This was the worst experience I have had in a nail salon. I get my nails and toenails done pretty regularly so I know what goes into a manicure and pedicure. They did not use any of the tools for my pedicure and my manicure all the used was the cuticle tool and I had to ask! They didn't even soak my nails!! And the painting looks terrible! The people doing our pedicure and manicure seemed rush. Daughter and i went together,  asked for the same thing,  2 different workers took care of us at the same time and we did not get the same procedure done.  The workers did different things.  The nails are not professional looking.  Not worth the $100 spent. This place is terrible. The lady who did my nails never said one word to me. She was more interested in watching the people in Walmart then to do my nails correctly. One nail was filed crooked. My gel was on my cuticles, and my finger. The gel came off  one nail after 4 days. I will never go back Read Less

The technicians pay more attention to the crowd at Walmart (this salon is inside a freestanding Walmart store) instead of the client. Two nails tips were not placed on straight and the polish was sloppy. I had to finish filing & shaping my nails at home and reapply my polish to make my nails look decent after my last trip. I was very disappointed with regal nail salon located in lincolnton nc, Walmart. I paid 25.00 for terrible service, and a crappy job. When I arrived, noone was on the salon, I walked around the corner to find a worker sleeping in a pedicure chair. after she woke up, she was very rude. she barely glued the tips on my fingers, she matched the sizes wrong also and did not take her time. she filed my skin more than my nail. after cutting my skin and causing to bleed she did not offer a discount, when at previous salons, I at least got a few dollars taken off. I went on January 4. today is January 9, and my nails are already coming off with air bubbles and cracks. I will never go back to regal nails in lincolnton. thank you. Read Less
