The service is always good, the owners always make sure you are happy with your service, and always willing to work with you on time. They are often busy but worth the wait if you have to wait. I have been coming to Happy Nails for 6 years! They know every single returning customer by name and always ask me how my stepmom and sister are. If i go awhile without going, when i walk in its always "Hey Bailey, long time no see, how have you been?". I will NEVER go somewhere else for my nails or eyebrows. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not listen to other reviews. I know how these wonderful people work and most of the time, if they get "snappy" with you, its because theres nothing wrong with your nails and youre looking for a hand out. I have been going to Happy Nails for 6-7 years and have always received the best care and service. I tan and have my nails done here. I have most recently been in the salon having my nails done when State Board came in and saw them personally inspect the salon and tanning salon which are connected in same building and they received an "A" RATING!! I brought my 8 year old daughter this past Wednesday and we had a great experience! The male and younger female gave us both a beautiful pedicure. The male was personable and nice, which is hard to find at most nail salons. I wouldn't read too much into negative comments, people rarely post when they have a good experience. I'm not sure why race was spoken of. I'm not sure what that has to do with a nail review...seems like someone is a bully. ANYONE can get great nail service here! Read Less

I completely disagree with the comments posted by ajones4356. I have been going to Happy Nails in Lillington, NC, since they opened and have had nothing but positive experiences. The owners are kind and professional and do all they can to accommodate customer requests. Their rates are reasonable, their salon is clean and they received an A rating from the board.
