They are horrible!!!! My acrylic nails came off and i didn’t even fill it like it was a press on!! And my toe nail polish coming off!!! IM NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

I will never go back there again. Tracy was rude. I got there and she came out from the back. I said hi and she said she has an appointment at 11am and to come back at 3pm and turned to walk back into...
I will never go back there again. Tracy was rude. I got there and she came out from the back. I said hi and she said she has an appointment at 11am and to come back at 3pm and turned to walk back into the back. I told her I'm your 11am appointment. And she turned around and then I said you only take cash now? She said yes only cash. You need to go take money out. I told her I don't need to do anything and you can cancel my appointment. I'm not coming back. I am also self employed and you don't treat any customer that way.

yesterday was my first time at LA Nails. I live on the West Coast where nail salons are on every corner- while home visiting family, my mom highly suggested this place for my nails & i was NOT disappointed!! I almost drove to Greensboro assuming I would have better success finding a quality nail salon there but i am SO glad i stayed local in Liberty! Because it is family owned & operated they take pride in the quality service provided & the individual attention they offer is rare & valuable! I will in no doubt return to LA Nails when i return for my next visit to the East Coast.

Went for a mani pedi today. There was one customer besides me. Since I didn't have an appointment I got the first available person. The lady that did my pedi was so rough cutting my toe nails I asked ...
Went for a mani pedi today. There was one customer besides me. Since I didn't have an appointment I got the first available person. The lady that did my pedi was so rough cutting my toe nails I asked her to just file them. She couldn't figure out how to turn the water off and to drain the tank. The other technician came over and turned it off. The other technician had to remove the polish and redo it. I have been to this salon several times and they do a great job. This was my first bad experience here. If I go back, I will make an appointment with the same person who always does my nails.
