After stopping at An-nails which had a long wait we came here but now I wish we didn't. With 8 pedicure chairs and 6 nail chairs my mother asked for a pedicure and a nail polish change. We sat soaking in pedicure chair for a long time as the employee was running around doing who knows what. The other female employee was busy looking at her cell phone as most young people do🤔 My mother seemed to have to ask for her nails to be clipped & the dead skin to be shaved off her feet which is standard for a pedicure. And more than once I heard her say "ouch" from the pedicurist being too rough. After getting the pedicure my mother was told to have a seat at a nail chair where the pedicurist proceeded to clean the pedicure tub - which could be done later instead of making your customer wait. There was not a single pedicure chair in use at that time so it wasn't like she needed to clean at that moment. Everyone seems to go to citi-nails and I'd love to find another place that is friendly, not rough and gives good service since the wait can be long at citi-nails. Read Less
