I used to do nails. Long and Vivian always do a fabulous job, no lifting, smooth and not flat across the top. The best that I have found. Viv’s nail art is superb as well. Worst place ever... my 5 year old daughter and I always come here to get our nails done... on this particular day my daughter walked passed to LOOK at the toys that was next to her. ( the salon is full of toys for their daughter only) and he quickly looked at my child and told her “NOT TO TOUCH ANYTHING, BECUS YOU PEOPLE HAVE STICKY FINGERS...not only that he said that his child wouldnt want to play with mine.. I took it as a racial remark becus we were the only black people in the salon and everyone was looking at us... I spend money at this salon EVERY TWO WEEKS... and I couldn’t believe he embarrassed me and made a racial remark towards my child ... I lost my voice last night from being at a concert and when I went in to get my nails filled the tech told me to pick out a color and have a sit. He told me that it was going to be awhile. I then tried to speak and tell him okay, but with my voice being gone, he couldn't really hear me very well. About two minutes passed and he got up from his chair and told me that I was sick and he couldn't service me. I was very taken back, and said "excuse me" he then repeated himself, "You sick. I cant service you because you sick". I then told him i lost my voice at a concert and that I wasn't sick. He said I cant service you. So I laid my color on the counter and left. I will never go back. And I will be very sure to tell all of my friends and family how rude he was. Read Less

I love this place!! I tried another salon that rushed and did a crummy job. I'll stick to who I trust from now on. Also I agree with the no smokers policy, no one else wants to smell your funk, get over it. My nails look fabulous and they've ALWAYS been super nice. Love them!!!! Read Less

Yes they are a joke so if you smoke don't go into there facility because they will deny you they will not service anyone that smokes because they are allergic and open up all the doors in the salon act like that they was having a fire drill cause the smell smoke on you even if you don't smoke if you around anyone that smokes and they smell it on you they will tell you to leave Read Less

Always a warm welcome from Sy and Anna every time we visit. They offer full pedicure removing dry skin, nail trim and shape including attention to cuticles etc. The foot massage is a delight and I leave the salon feeling as if I've just got a new pair of feet! Certainly good value at just £20. I've tried other places which offer pedicures but usually turns out to be just a nail trim and shape finishing the 'treatment' with polish. I wouldn't go anywhere else now so treat yourselves to the best in town, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Read Less

I was there for 2+ hrs for just gel polish on my nails polish on my toes! This place is a joke!! They also wouldn't take a gift card given to me because the corner had accidentally got torn off. Poor customer service, rubbish nails and rubbish attitude! I had gel polish nails last week, they were lifting after three days. Went back for them to be fixed today. They took them off and refused to re apply them. Blaming my daughter who was supposedly kept moving on my lap - when she was in her push chair and was no distraction at all. Then they blamed my nails being short, which they are not. Average natural nail length. Then they blamed the fact that I do not have a dril...l when my nails are being prepped. Which I never have, and had never been a problem before now. I have been totally fobbed off, for their poor quality of nails. Nothing less than that. The only positive, if you can call it one is that they refunded me. I have my nails done regularly and have never experienced such rudeness from a salon. Very poor service, would not recommend unless you want rubbish nails and miserable faces. l staff seemed abrupt had no patience I paid £28 for infills with gel colour one day and gel was chipping went back made me wait one hour before correcting fixed them then said your done u can go now ! two days later the rest started chipping i had to paint over in nail varnish! The only two workers are rude and act like they don't want your business. Every time you go, the price is different. I went in for a pedicure, it took two hours from start to finish. 40 minutes of the two hours my feet were "soaking" in the tub of water. I also wanted my eyebrows done, which they told me that I had to make an appointment. I called a few weeks later to make an appointment and they told me that they didn't do that and hung up.
