After I had my gel nails on for a few days, two nails came off. I had a pretty good experience at the salon though, it was not busy. Unfortunately, this place has a long wait tie while they are busy. This place is one of the most horrible places I have ever visited... I've been here like 5 times and every single time the girl that answers phone calls and makes appointments... has the worst attitude ever! Also they made me wait for like 1 hour and a half just to get a pedicure. I've never waited that long at a nail salon before. I got my manicure done and the lady messed up the whole set, they were all crooked and had peices of little hair in the polish. What a nightmare!!!!!!! I came back after a while of getting my eyebrows threaded some where else. I just thought I should give them another chance since another time I had my eyebrows done bad. Well I went again and my eyebrows are completely horrible. I usually have arches on both and they took it off in one. So no now I look surprised! I didn’t quite see it when she finished since you can barely open your eyes from all the wax numbing. I realized exactly when I checked my eyebrows in my car. I will not be coming back at all! Happy with my pedicure Angel, did an excellent job. but If you need to get any service like pedicure, manicure, full set. You have to make sure you arrive by 7:30 pm at the latest. I had went there to get my eyebrows waxed the lady at the front desk asked me to have a seat in the black chair well then she called for a lady in the back to come to the front to wax my eyebrows I was there for like ten min waiting well I see this lady come from the back and they're all joking and laughing little do they know I'm half khmer so with that being said I understood the awful things they were saying about theyre customers including me well the lady jerk my head back she's then pushing my face up towards the ceiling then she ask me what I want I then had stated I would like my eyebrows waxed Im then thinking ok now your trying to be funny I just heard not only the lady at the front but two other workers told her in khmer that I wanted my eyebrows not eyelashes well to make the story short she HIGHLY messed up my eyebrows I was going to turn around and tell her to fixed them but they already was talking so much junk about everyone in there I decided since I work in a public place if some ask me what happened to my eyebrows I'm going to proudly present there messed up work...and I'm going to let people know if you want jacked up eyebrows like mine go to citi nails and spa....DON'T be a victim of jacked up eyebrows a female of confidence should not have to go into a place just to be talked about. a spa/salon is supposed to make women feel confident to have a peace of mind to get away from the BS not create it. Great work, but never open on time. This is my only fault with them. I'm always waiting at 9:00am and have to wait in car, by the time they open others are lined up ahead of me, causing me to wait longer. If you are not opening until 9:15 put it on the sign.After I get my service, I'm always pleased with that. Read Less

My sister took me and some members of our bridal party here for nail work and pedicures.  This was my first experience at both a pedicure and eyebrow waxing.  I also got some gel nails with a design on both my big toes and my ring fingers.Overall, I have to say they did a good job.  Nails are still looking good and the eyebrow wax didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.  Only downside is I have such freakishly sensitive skin that I still have some breakout from that the next day.My feet feel good, the techs were very patient and helpful and if I lived around here, I'd come back.  If you're in the area, go.
