Never had a good experience here. Don't be fooled by their clean looking shop. I wanted acrylic nails done and showed the man a picture of coffin style nails. I told him I wanted them shaped like this and he said "no we only do round or square. I won't do that" so I said round. My right thumb nail turned out AWFUL, so bad that I'm going to have to go somewhere else for them to redo my nails. I also wrote down that I wanted my toes painted, but they didn't even acknowledge this, but at this point I was done and didn't care. But after an hour long, hit-and-miss pedicure while the lady chattered NONSTOP to the other workers without even speaking or acknowledging me, I was done. I was amazed when I walked in! Gina (English Version) did my pedicure. It was so thorough and amazing! By the way her eyebrows were perfect so the waxing is probably stellar. My mom goes to this salon once a month and I actually accompanied her a couple of weekends ago. They did an excellent job. They treat my mom like a Queen and take amazingly good care of her. I went in with a friend and our appointment was 3:00. When it was 3:20, that was when we were actually called. They called my friend first and then called me about 5 minutes afterwards.I sat in the chair for 20 minutes, without any help as a technician who DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO went over to the pedicure station to chat with those people, when finally the man who did my friend's finished hers and came over to me. The filing, pushing back the cuticles, and the lotion massage was fine. From there, was the worst painting job I had ever seen in my life. I had a maroon polish picked out, a beautiful color. I watch as the man paints my nails, missing my cuticles and sides of my nail each coat. Finally, he puts on the top coat and asks me to go over to the drying station. I sit there for several minutes, talking to my friend about how bad the job was. It had looked like a 5 year old had painted my nails, and on my right ring finger, the whole right side of the nail is not even painted. I paid the $12 for the manicure, but it deserved MAYBE $5. I am so upset with my nails. I honestly want to take it off with nail polish remover. I will NEVER come back to this salon. Terrible service with terrible quality. They should be ashamed. Read Less

Had a little " girls night " with my daughter to celebrate the first week of school. My first pedicure. I opted for the deluxe-with warm towels and hot stones. There were some names listed with appt times, but even as a walk-in we only waited about 10 minutes. The two ladies who did our pedis were very nice and friendly.
