Went into J Nails salon this past weekend for mani/pedis for my sixteen year old daughter and I, before she has her dance recitals all this week. It was a complete and total rip off! I have been here several times before and was never charged this much nor did I receive such a poor job. However, I think it has changed ownership in the last year or so and it was $100 for my daughter and I to get our nails and toenails done! That is absolutely absurd!! On top of that, it took over an hour for them to do just the pedicure and they had 2 young boys that obviously didn't know what they were doing, doing our toes. They missed several spots and the nail polish was gloopy (can't think of another way to describe it). The same boy who did my daughter's nails also took off my gel polish and he used so much acetone that it was running down my arms onto my clothes, the chair and the floor. It damaged part of my purse and I would guess it probably took the finish off of the massage chair that I was sitting in. I don't know if these boys are related to the people who own the shop or what, but they don't need to be working here. Also...$100 for 2 mani/pedis????? I don't know what the heck they are thinking to charge that much. As a single mom, I certainly can't afford to pay that on a regular basis. But if I do pay it, I expect quality to match the price, not the wreck shop that they made of our nails and toenails. Read Less

I went to J Nails for the first time because they were open on a Sunday. I am so glad I did. It's family owned and they treated everyone like family. It was nice to see that they knew all of their  customers names as they walked in the door. I had a mani and pedi and I will be going back again. Read Less

Been back a bunch now so I figured it was time to update! Still in love with this place like before for the same reasons. Some of the nicest ladies ever work there and they really take the time to get to know their customers and adopt you as one of their own. And their polish technique and cuticle care is completely flawless. Got a pedicure today and am totally blown away. Loved the coffee in my pedicure basin and had a great leg massage and delicious smelling lotion to go with....it's safe to say I will remain a regular here! Read Less

Sooo awesome. I needed a serious pedicure and callus removal, and I haven't been satisfied with any of the places I've been going to lately. In comes Yelp Reviews to save the day, and I J NailI am so happy with the service!! I walked in, was greeted with huge smiles and hearty hellos, and promptly sat to get my feet did. Around 6:15pm on a Tuesday, it wasn't crowded at all.The nice lady (poor lady really,... view more bc she had to deal with my scummy feet) scrubbed and loofahed and put her heart into getting my disgusting feet back into tip top shape.45 minutes later and $40 poorer, I stepped out, a new woman.P.S.
