Went in with family and a friend and we had an appointment still had to wait around 10 minutes. I was getting my nails painted and my family and friend was getting there toenails done I was sat down while they were already drying they sat me down in a chair and they did not file or cut my nails or do anything with my cuticles they just painted them and it was all over my cuticles and not to mention she didn’t let the layers dry before doing the second On top of it it was boiling hot. I was a regular since I work at Walmart. I will never go back! There service is not the best and there work is adequate. Today I walked in and there were two women (obviously together) talking on their phone. I signed in and picked out my polish and sat down to wait. Three kids joined the women and then one of the women signed in all 5 of them. The owner took them first and I told him I was signed in before them. He told me I could come back later. Very nice location. Salon itself is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Very sweet ladies. However, I spent $30 on a gel manicure that didn't even last a week. On day 5, my nails started chipping. On day 7, my cuticles started to lift. We are now on day 11 and you can literally see the clear nail polish crack around my nail bed. I think it's mainly because I came during the last hour of the night, so the manicurist did a rush job. My gel manicures usually last at least two wee...ks before I notice any kind of signs of needing a service, but this is just terrible. My fill has barely shown! I'm not rough on my hands as I type all day at a desk, so there's no reason for my nails to look like this. My pedicure is still pretty, though. This was my first time here because of the excellent reviews. I guess I didn't receive the same time invested in my session. I wanted to try a new spot, but I will be going back to iNails after this. I love, love, love this Salon!!! The service is excellent and the people who work there make you feel like a queen!! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!!!!!!!! This was my 2nd visit for a pedicure. I develop ingrown nails due to the shape of my nails. I have had wonderful care and service by Eury (not sure if I spelled name correctly, if not, I apologize). I absolutely love her but she reassures me that all the nail technicians can take care of that problem when it occurs. I will be going back and on a regular basis to prevent the ingrown situation. WROST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER... I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 IF I COULD...THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. THE LADY MESSED MY NAILS UP AND YELLED AT ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE INCLUDING MY CHILD. THEN REFUSED TO FIX THEM AND CALLED THE COPS ON ME LIKE I WAS A CRIMINAL. SO I HAD TO PAY AND MY NAILS WAS NOT EVEN FINISHED AND LOOKED LIKE CRAP. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I GO BACK. So I'm a huge fan of getting my nails done, It's usually quite relaxing for me. Well I went after work today and the older guy who works here told me to pick my color. So when he came to sit down he asked if I had my color and I asked if he had black gel polish. He said no so I decided just regular black polish was fine. So he starts my nails and I told him I wanted them a medium length and round. So he decides to tell me no and that my nails won't look good round. Really? I said okay, do MY nails round, that's how I want them. So he does it and mumbles Vietnamese under his breath. Well I get to looking and see the color palate for the gel polishes. And what do I see? Black. So I told him that's what I wanted. Well, I look at my nails once he's finished doing the acrylic and notice one of them is REALLY uneven and bumpy. So I told him to fix it if he didn't mind. Again he mumbles under his breath and fixes it. So by this time I feel like all I am doing is bothering this guy so I asked him if doing the regular polish would take less time and he said yes. So I told him to do that instead of gel. Thinking this would save him some time and make him less aggravated. Wrong. He said to me you're crazy you need to make up your mind. Are. You. Serious. He wasn't joking, he was rude about it. So I paid him and walked out. I wouldn't advise going here unless you're looking for a cheap quick nail place and extremely rude people! Read Less

Bad experience. The salon was nasty. They did not switch out to clean nail files. I paid $10 extra to have the gel polish and the man who did them was sloppy with the polish. The next day, my gel polish bubbled up and peeled off! I've never been to a nail salon with such poor business and cleaniness! I'll never go back. Read Less

Awesome salon! It's cute and comfy with a nice atmosphere. Everyone is friendly & professional. They welcome you with beverages and lots of care!!! Did you know that they let you bring your own wine in there!?! Yes, they have wine glasses for you. The pedi chairs are also massaging chairs. It feels amazing. Oh and you can watch tv!!! My mother-in-law has mobility issues and cannot cut her own nails.  She tried local nail salons only to be floored by the outrageous fumes from the treatments and the snotty attitudes from the attendants.  Regal Nails, located inside the Leland Wal-Mart, is excellent.  They cleared a path and were very patient and gentle with my mother-in-law.  They do insist that if the customer needs help into the chair, they cannot assist due to liability issues (a.k.a  what if they drop her) but unlike Lee Nails in Independence Mall in Wilmington, they don't try to charge extra for the nail trim just because she's disabled.  For a mani- pedi- we paid $15.  Not bad considering places closer to where she lived tried to charge that much just for a manicure.I usually do my own nails.  But after seeing their treatment of my mother-in-law, I may let them take care of my nails. This place is awful. I got an acrylic set. She didn't file it down to blend by the cuticles so when it grew out there was a huge ridge.  Not to mention when it was time to have them filled they were already coming up. Won't go back here. Read Less
