I've been going to Kim at Gentle nails for 5 yrs now and I
absolutely love the way my nails look every time I leave
there. Not only is Kim amazing at her profession, she
only hires people that are well experienced and licensed
The pedicures here are FABULOUS! I've never had such a
wonderful pedicure until coming to Gentle Nails. The take
their time with each customer to ensure perfection. This
is my only Go To Nail Salon in Leland and Wilmington.
Anyone can do nails, but not all salons give you that extra
attention to make you feel like you're family...I encourage
anyone to please come to Gentle Nails and have your
next full set or Pedicure, or Waxing done. And Kim takes
appointments, so if you're a woman with a busy
schedule, you can have an appointment and get in and
out! Please come by and experience a wonderful trip to
Gentle Nails, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Between the wonderful prices, the service we got and the cleanliness of the place I am so happy I found this place. I always get French manicure on my toes and I judge a place on the ability to do this. They did an awesome job!!! I did not feel rushed and the hot stone massage on my legs was heavenlyyyyy. I have been to other places and look forward to going back to Gentle Nails for Mani/pedi and eyebrow artistry. I will also get the free hand art for my nails. So I will update in three weeks when I go again.

Went here for the first time because it was nearby and I was blown away. Great service and I would have paid $30 for just the massage that came with my pedicure. I will definitely be back!

I won’t go anyplace else. There is a family atmosphere and it’s very calming. Kim is the very best. I enjoy our chats while she does my nails. The salon is always very clean and everyone is very nice....
I won’t go anyplace else. There is a family atmosphere and it’s very calming. Kim is the very best. I enjoy our chats while she does my nails. The salon is always very clean and everyone is very nice. Kim always greets me by my name and ask about how my day went. She is genuinely interested. The staff is very friendly and work hard to please all their customers. This is by far the best salon ever.

Found a hidden treasure in Leland! So happy I don’t have to drive into Wilmington just for a treat myself day anymore. I am beyond satisfied all the staff was polite and took their time. They really made it feel welcoming and I can’t wait to come back for a pedicure and facial.

Horrible experience tonight! I go to this shop from time to time to get a pedicure. On today I talked some of my friends into joining me. The 4 of us went and out of 4ppl the only one who's nail were done correctly was the one done by the owner. We were rushed out after paying (tip included) for our nails and weren't allowed to let them fully dry. I will never return to this shop again. The employees were very rude and when we asked for our nails to be repainted or done over, due to polish messing up because they didn't allow us to dry them, they actually laughed. Never again will I spend my money with them.

My granddaughters went to get Mani/pedi's . Youngest needed short manicure for dance they gave her long extended nails. Oldest needed old acrylic removed and manicure redone. After 3 hours of torture ...
My granddaughters went to get Mani/pedi's . Youngest needed short manicure for dance they gave her long extended nails. Oldest needed old acrylic removed and manicure redone. After 3 hours of torture and $75 dollars neither had what they had asked for. They went back after talking to Grandma and the owner screamed, riticuled them. She even went into parking g lot as they were leaving screaming. Maybe a visit from health department and ICE might correct issue. A NO GO place.

I am very particular about my nails so believe me when I say that this is the best place I have found in the Leland area to have my nails done. They give the best pedicure I've ever had complete with hot stones and a leg massage. The prices are reasonable, the staff friendly and the place very clean. Highly recommend giving them a try. Cindy is terrific!

Owners were not friendly at all!!! They didnt want to assist me due to the length of my natural nail. The one "Euro" nail tech was super helpful and she was the only reason I allowed my nails to be done at this shop. Will not likely return for any future service(s)!!!

I had been going to a different nail salon in Leland, but due to traffic, I decided to give Gentle Nails another try. I hadn't been there in several years. I was in for quite a surprise. My first trip there consisted of simple, standard offerings from a sweet older couple.The salon has changed drastically! They offer just about anything you want! They have every kind of nail, 3-D, designs, art, it's awesome. I was in the mood for pampering so I chose the $45.00 pedicure. I was not disappointed. I got a long, wonderful massage and a paraffin dip for my feet. Honestly the softest my feet have ever been post pedicure. I also got a set of crystal nails. The tips themselves have glitter and stars. I love them! The best part is, it didn't take forever, the nail salon I was going to would have taken 3 hours for a pedi and nails. This was just over an hour. I was thrilled with the results, too.Best part? They offer customer loyalty cards, so many punches and you get a free service. Awesome, right? They also give you a full size Bath and Body works lotion if you spend 60 dollars (which I did that day). However, I went in for a fill and it was less than 20 before tip.They are very friendly too, which is important.

I am very particular about my nails so believe me when I say that this is the best place I have found in the Leland area to have my nails done. They give the best pedicure I've ever had complete with hot stones and a leg massage. The prices are reasonable, the staff friendly and the place very clean. Highly recommend giving them a try.
